Married off my one and only Sunday🥺A moment I’ll never forget ❤️ Gained a son I’ve been quietly rooting for since he was just a broke college football bum sleeping on my couch two years ago 😂 J/k he’s always been a hustler!

@skyler.lockard 💍 @gracealockard

Black & white was the theme, suit and tie the outfit, pizza, dancing, 🥂then burgers at the end of the night (for the wedding party that is), over 100 friends and family who made the trip from all over the country.

One of the best days we’ve ever had, thanks to all that made this day so incredibly memorable, we love you! taken in Draper, Utah by @idad.sohard

Happy Birthday to the love of my life, the definition of beautiful inside and out! I’m so grateful for you and watching you constantly strive for self improvement from spiritual to physical (single digit BF is crazy and you did it) and always wanting to set the example for our kids and as you often mention someday their kids as well.

Also I love how you are sometimes…ah who am I kidding, very often pure entertainment 😂, seldom a dull moment and I wouldn’t have it any other way! taken in Draper, Utah by @idad.sohard

Happy birthday to Jagger! 🥳You my dear are an electric spark. ⚡️ You bring energy, enthusiasm and joy everywhere you go. Your creative mind is inspiring, from your homemade puppet shows to your stand up characters to your composed piano pieces and much much more. You might just be the most entertaining kid alive. My favorite qualities are your sensitive spirit and fierce loyalty. Our family is complete with you.💙 Happy birthday Jagger! I love you to the heavens and back! 💫 by @idad.sohard

Joaquin The Dream, 😍
My heart is overflowing as we celebrate you, my loving, compassionate, handsome, athletic, smart, and incredibly focused son. Watching you walk across that stage and graduate high school fills me with a pride and joy hard to put into words. 👨‍🎓🙌🏼 You amaze me every single day. Whatever you set your mind to, I know you will achieve it because that’s who you are. 💪🏼
But above all else, my greatest prayer for you is this… Keep your relationship with the Lord first. Build your faith strong, seek Him in all things, and trust that everything else will fall beautifully into place.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 🙏🏼
You are deeply loved, more than you’ll ever know. I’m so proud to be your mom and I can’t wait to see all the incredible things God has in store for you.
Congratulations! Go shine your light. ✨
Love you forever,
Mom ❤️ by @idad.sohard

@joaquin.mav never really competed track in high school. Decided to try hurdles 110m and 300m. Two very challenging races. Yesterday at the Region 3 Championship finals he finished 3rd and auto qualified for state (next week at BYU) in the 110m and made the 6A placement cut in the 300m (5th in region). He’s worked extremely hard for this and it’s been fun to watch the progress and process. Honestly wish he’d have done this his whole high school career but better late than never. #cornercanyonfootball #track #hurdles #athlete taken in Lone Peak High by @idad.sohard

So proud of both our boys tonight! 🎹❤️
Joaquin decided to pick up the piano this year and absolutely crushed his very first recital. Jagger is in his second year and continues to impress us.
Both of them put in the practice and it showed. What an amazing time watching them shine! So grateful for these moments. 🥹👏 by @idad.sohard

He’s moving on UP … to second grade! We put Jagger into a First grade English and Spanish immersion this year, (thought at least one Rodriguez should be bilingual 😂). Jagger tested 97% for his class. 3 out of 100 kids scored that high. Two weeks later he’s having his second first day! So proud of him! 🤓 📚 ❤️ by @idad.sohard

Sharing this workout video, nothing fancy, just what works for me in keeping things balanced. This one’s zeroed in on the anterior legs quads & core really to build everyday strength without overdoing it which I. may have a history of doing 🤷🏻‍♂️ Mixing in flexibility via full range movements and strength. It’s all part of my quiet hope to keep going strong into my 80s and 90s, If it resonates with your own path, give it a try and let me know how it works for ya.

@joaquin.mav had a great couple days at the Weber State Mega Camp definitely a standout in 1v1’s. Combined he won 17 reps out of 20 on defense and Won all 3 offensive reps. He works extremely hard often putting in 2-3 extra hours a day on top of the 4 hours with his team. It’s great to watch his progress and seeing D1 coaches show genuine interest. taken in Weber State University by @idad.sohard
