This is why LPT Realty is the fastest growing brokerage in history and hit 10,000 agents in less than 2 years. I made a video explaining the incredible benefits both sellers and agents get with each listing.

If you’re an agent wanting to dive deeper into this please check out my link in bio and contact me directly with questions. EARLY ADOPTER benefits expire end of February so LET’S GO, no more sitting on the fence! Www.Willnicholson.lpt.com

Last week at the #Sothebys Global Networking Event #SIRGNE at the Wynn was nothing short of exceptional. #NothingCompares to the connections made on behalf of my clients. We had 3,000 of the TOP agents from 44 states and 37 countries sharing cutting-edge marketing practices, sharing new ideas, and forming lasting relationships. My clients can be so proud and excited that their homes were introduced to incredible Sotheby’s agents worldwide! THIS is the investment you should expect from your agent helping you on your journey in life. I’m also honored to be the North Idaho representative for The S3 referral group (Ski, Sea, and Sun) which comprises of 90 agents. No matter where you are going, we will be there. by @idaho_will

Showing some beautiful waterfront homes lately. Pretty cool that a bald eagle came to say hi (which happens pretty much everyday around here). taken in Sandpoint, Idaho by @idaho_will

Great to meet Anita White and Lori in West Maui to discuss their market. Very interesting to learn about Lahaina and this area; I appreciate the hospitality. Also Anita is a Cessna pilot and shared some amazing footage with me of the island from the air (very encouraging to see the community rebuilding)

Day 7 of carnivore diet DONE! Down 10 pounds, zero hunger cravings from boredom or snack cravings. I easily go until 2-3pm without thinking of food which used to be incredibly hard doing intermittent fasting. I’m not trying to fast at all, the body is telling me when to eat. My goal is to heal my psoriasis as much as possible.
