We’re so excited to share Bethany’s experience at Kappa Leadership Academy! ⭐️

“Feeling so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to attend Kappa Leadership Academy and meet so many amazing Kappas from across the country. Hearing everyone’s stories and learning from different chapters made me realize even more how special our sisterhood is and how lucky I am to be part of it. Why Kappa Wednesday with Katie Janzen!

“Choosing Kappa was probably one of the easiest decisions I have made. From the very beginning when talking to the girls during tabling, something about Kappa just felt right. I immediately felt so welcomed and comfortable, and it continued throughout my week of recruitment. I wanted to find a place where I felt like I belonged, but I found so much more than that. I found a place where people support me, encourage me, make me laugh until my stomach hurts, and most importantly, stick by my side through everything. Kappa has become such a special part of my life and has forever changed it. I am beyond grateful for the memories and friendships I have gained from this experience. When I look back from my time in college, I know all of my favorite moments from Kappa will never be forgotten. I am so happy Kappa found me when it did and I get to call it home”

“Before coming to u of I, I never really pictured myself joining a sorority and honestly didn’t think sorority life was for me. Coming to college and meeting so many new people completely changed my perspective and I decided to give greek life a chance, and I am so glad I did. Joining Kappa has given me some of the most meaningful friendships and best memories I’ve made in college. Meeting the girls in Kappa opened a door for me in college. “Growing up, I always knew I wanted to be a part of Greek life. I heard so many stories about all the positive experience my family gained from their sororities and fraternities. Going into recruitment, I kept an open mind while I was getting to know the chapters. When I walked into Kappa it was comfortable, easy and I felt like I could relax. I’m so lucky to have found a home in Kappa just like my mom and grandma did as well. Sharing stories with them gives me a deeper connection to the chapter and I’m so grateful for that. I can confidently say I have found my lifelong best friends and a group of amazing women I can lean on. Kappa has brought so much happiness to my life and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!”
