Honestly let’s Discuss!! If my view of this scripture is accurate, then it means we ought to go back to our divine nature righttttt????

ITS MY BIRTHDAY 🎉 🥳🎊

My Life is the Manifestation of the Word of God!
I am a testament that God is Good
The Holy Spirit is Principal in my identity!
I am the product of the Gods gifts to humanity!
I manifest only the fruit of the Holy Spirit
In this month of Advancement I am moving into new levels!
I am making bigger strides
I am manifesting in the billions
I am walking in bigger rooms!
I operate from The Throne Room
So nothing can stop me!

Grateful for the opportunity to speak on such an important topic: Building healthy eating habits within the family 🤍

On the show, we explored how creating a supportive food environment at home makes healthy eating more natural, especially for children who learn by observation. We talked about moving away from pressure and “mealtime battles,” and instead guiding children gently, involving them in the kitchen, and making food enjoyable, not stressful.

We also highlighted simple, realistic steps busy families can take like making smarter food choices, prepping ahead, and prioritizing shared meals. Because at the end of the day, healthy eating isn’t about perfection, it’s about consistency and balance.

It was truly a privilege to share this conversation alongside amazing panelists from South Africa and other parts of the world—learning, sharing, and promoting healthier lifestyles together 🌍✨

As a Nutritionist Chef, I’ll always say: food should nourish you and still be enjoyable.
