Here it is...

My submission to @trevmentalrap The Ones Open Verse Challenge

Been so excited to share this and feel it's one of the best verses I've ever written.

Was trying to figure out how, where and when to record it and then I realized what better time and place than during my set at @burnellwashburn birthday show on Saturday!

Can't think of a better way to share it than performing it at the birthday party of the man that produced the song.

So much incredible talent has come out of this opportunity and I'm honored to be a part of it and to have the chance to be on a song with @illuminaticongo @auradaprophetcle @abushadymusic @ramusichealsthepeople and so many other incredible artists!

Cause we're the ones we've been waiting for...

I can't even express how much this moment meant to me and how much it changed my life.

Getting to freestyle for @shaninblake and give her flowers for everything she's done for the Utah music community and the conscious movement is absolutely one of the best moments of my life.

This woman has had her name dragged through the mud so much, she's probably one of the most hated people on the internet. People have claimed she's racist, a culture vulture, fake spiritual, that she's a trust fund baby, that her dad works for Lockheed Martin and the list goes on and on with endless made up bullshit from people who have never even met her...

And yet through it all, she has done nothing but spread love, positivity, compassion, forgiveness, empathy, consciousness and spirituality to everyone, ESPECIALLY her haters.

She is by far one of the most successful conscious artists in general and especially out of Utah.

I could go on and on about how much I love, appreciate, worship and am inspired by this woman but I'll just end it with this...

She has paved a way for all conscious artists and she deserves all the flowers for that. 💯

💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐

☝️ Be Impeccable With Your Word....

@the_four_agreements_official by @donmiguelruiz has been one of the most impactful and transformative books I've ever read throughout my life. I try and return to it often and always get something new and different every time I read it. Timeless truth and wisdom passed down from the ancients.

Because it's so close to my heart and means so much to me, I figured why not write a song for it....

1. Be Impeccable With Your Word
2. Don't Take Anything Personally
3. Don't Make Assumptions
4. Always Do Your Best

These four very simple, yet very challenging, agreements can be made with yourself and can dramatically shift your waking dream for the highest good of all the more that you can truly embody them consistently.

I definitely am nowhere near 100% with any of them all the time and struggle with some more than others, but I always try to come back to them, especially when I have the awareness that I am not acting in alignment with them in any given moment.

This is the first verse of the song for the first agreement. I hope it resonates and maybe inspires you to pick up the book if you haven't before... It might just change your life.

The Four Agreements by iDeal Dialect, produced by @burnellwashburn and engineered by @theproducerjoe .... Coming soon 👀

So excited to announce I'll be hosting my Activating Artistic Alchemy songwriting and freestyle flow workshop at the @quantumvisionaries Campout on 8/7-8/9 in the Uintah Mountains!! 🌄

This year's Lion's Gate Portal brings forth an opportunity to step into our greatness & unleash our inner lion hearts like never before❤

This is an intentional/transformational camping trip in the Uinta Mountains on August 7th, 8th, & 9th

- 33 beautiful souls
- 3 days & 2 nights of pure magic.

We will be camping next to the river, near multiple waterfalls & lakes.

The weather is absolutely gorgeous this time of year 🙂

During these trips, we connect with ourselves, each other, & our beautiful natural world. Together, we release what no longer serves, clarify our visions, and make quantum leaps.

A lot can change in just a few days when we come together to pray & play in these powerful ways.

This is an intentional camping ceremony designed to help us awaken our gifts, clarify our visions, and realign us.

These campouts have a way of completely transforming all areas of our lives - helping us feel more in tune with our purpose, more connected to community, and more alive than ever!

We provide a safe, sacred, and loving family vibe that opens up space for healing, evolution, & massive growth.

Come harmonize with the Quantum Visionaries & remember how beautiful this life can be when you're in tune.

Offerings include:

- Educational Workshops
- Despacho (sacred fire ceremony)
- Nature Immersion (camping right by the river)
- Cacao Ceremonies
- Guided Meditations
- Soundbaths
- Healthy & Delicious Food
- Ecstatic Dance
- River Swims
- Qi-Gong
- Yoga
- Breathwork
- Plant Medicine (Blue Lotus, Cacao & Hapé only)
- Mushroom / Wild Food Foraging
- Song Circles
- Jam Sessions
- Blue Lotus Ceremony
- Art Workshops
+ so much more

Come learn, play, & activate your inner lion!

Parts of it feel like a festival, parts of it feel like an intense medicine ceremony, and parts of it feel like just wholesome goodness around the fire.

A year ago I met the woman of my dreams....

Who was everything I had ever desired in mind, body, soul and spirit, which I had never believed I was truly worthy or deserving of..... And she showed me that I absolutely was worthy of her deepest love and devotion....

And yet I still haven't built the capacity, structure, discipline and containment to truly hold, support, protect and provide for her.....

This has been truly devastating to face and admit to myself and her....

There is honestly nothing like the mirror from the sight of a true Oracle to pierce a man to his core and reveal and expose his deepest insecurities, traumas, fears and shadows.

I recognize that she poured so much of her essence, eros and life force into me and the vision of the life that we were dreamweaving to build together.

And in this time I have diffused, stagnated, extracted and wasted so much of it... While painting grand visions and making sweeping promises of embodiment that have mostly gone unrealized and unfulfilled.

I would be remiss if I didn't also share that she has expressed that I have met her on realms, dimensions and levels that no man ever has in this lifetime. That I have held her and been a container and pillar for her healing and growth through the darkest period of grief and sorrow of her life. That we have experienced the deepest depths of love, pleasure, devotion and bliss through and with each other in ways neither of us has ever known.

Both of these realities can be and are true and real simultaneously and we both recognize that.

Sharing all this, in the most vulnerable place in my life, only to express and admit that I am not perfect. I may not be what she ultimately needs and desires in every way at this time and I may not be the man she can build a life together with in her journey of fulfilling the divine mission that she has been appointed to.

I am working on accepting this and releasing and setting her free from any entitlement I may feel I have to her because of the depth of love that we have shared.

INFINITE CYPHER!!!

Happening in the Allegheny forest in pennsylvania, September 25th-28th

Infinite Cypher is a revolutionary movement dedicated to birthing and maintaining an endless Hip-Hop cypher.

A cypher is a circle of spontaneous musical collaboration, in which artists enter a collective flow state, improvising and expressing their unique energy together.

The first annual Infinite Cypher is a historically unprecedented 73 hour festival, in which the traditional linear artist lineup is transformed into a continuous rap cypher.

This years goal is to shatter the Guinness World Record for the longest ‘Team Rap Marathon’, which is currently 12 hours.

The grand vision ….. every year we add another 24 hours until one day we eventually have an endless cypher… an eternal flame of co-creation … burning forever!

This is our mission … This is … The Infinite Cypher!
