Artist📍California & Brazil, inspired by sacred geometry, pattern, nature and color.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

For over a year, I haven’t picked up a paintbrush or stood in front of a canvas.

As an artist, I wondered when I’d create again.

Then I realized… I never stopped.

This season simply asked me to trade one kind of creation for another.

Becoming a mother has been the most challenging, transformative, and meaningful work I’ve ever done.

🌙✨ 12 moon phases mandala for the full moon vibes this weekend 🌕

These past several weeks I’ve been away from my California studio, living and traveling in Brazil, but creating this piece today reminded me how good it feels to just show up and flow. 🎨💛

While my art practice has been rather quiet, I’ve still been filled with creative energy and sharpening my Portuguese language skills while I am here!

Happy full moon friends!

Throwback to a wonderful time with my dear friend Saskia in Bel Air this past July! ✨💛

It was a day filled with laughter, meaningful conversation, and bursts of artistic energy in such a beautiful and inspiring setting… experiences like this are rare and unforgettable.

Being in community with others and feeling that collective energy made the day even more special.

I’m excited to share this piece of art I created inspired by her, capturing the light, warmth, and spirit she brings to every space. 🌿🎨

➡️ Swipe to see the flyer for her next event! If you’re nearby in August, this is such a great opportunity to connect with her and meet so many wonderful people…her energy, passion, and vision are truly uplifting. 💫

Feeling grateful for friendships and communities that inspire, nurture, and remind me why making and sharing art is such a gift. 💛

It’s been a while since I shared my sound bowls in public, and it felt really good to be back.

The first time I ever heard crystal bowls, something inside me softened. I felt calm in a way I hadn’t felt in a long time. That moment stayed with me, and I knew I wanted to help others feel that kind of peace too.

Sharing sound again reminded me why I started. Watching people relax, breathe deeper, and just be, it’s an honor to hold space for that.

Grateful for everyone who showed up to Soul Song Sunday and received. I’m feeling reconnected and ready to keep going. 💛

Thank you to @dustofsoul for inviting me to share my gifts with the community 🤍🙏🏻

Creating art, making mandalas is my meditation, a way of weaving stillness into form. I’ve loved witnessing how others experience them in person. Art isn’t just meant to be seen, it’s meant to be felt, breathed in, and lived with for a moment.

When someone stands before a mandala, eyes tracing the pattern, breath softening, mind quieting, I know the piece is doing what it was meant to do.

✨ I’m happy to share that these pieces will be back in the garden in Bel Air tomorrow. If you’re nearby, come by and experience them for yourself. You’re warmly invited. (Send me a DM for details)

My hope is that these pieces create a moment of pause, an invitation to presence.

If you’ve experienced my art (or any art) in person, I’d love to hear… what did it make you feel?

✨ 7 Portals of Power ✨

Each chakra holds a unique frequency, a center of power, and a message. I created one original animal card for each chakra. Each is a one of a kind piece of art, representing the energy and essence of that portal:

🐘 Root / Elephant: Grounded strength
🎏 Sacral / Koi Fish: Flow and creative life force
🐏 Solar Plexus / Ram: Willpower and confidence
🦌 Heart / Deer: Compassion and open-heartedness
🦁 Throat / Lion: Bold truth and expression
🦉 Third Eye / Owl: Inner wisdom and clarity
🦋👑 Crown / Butterfly & Lotus: Awakening and divine connection

These original artworks were created as visual mantras; reminders you can place in your sacred space, your altar, or anywhere you need a gentle nudge back to yourself.

Come experience them in person this Sunday, July 27th during the 7 Portals of Power event with @dustofsoul ✨ I’ll be showing this full series, offering sound bowl vibrations, and celebrating art, soul, and Saskia’s birthday 🎶🌸

Let me know in the comments:
🌀 Which animal or chakra speaks to you most right now?
🎨 How do you like to stay connected to your energy centers?

📿 These are one-of-a-kind originals, and a few may be available for purchase at the event or by DM 💌

⚪ 7. CROWN: Sahasrara | Butterfly & Lotus

The space beyond thought.

The crown chakra represents unity, divine connection, and trust in something beyond the self. The butterfly and lotus both symbolize transformation, beauty that blooms through surrender.

This painting includes the Seed of Life: 7 sacred circles representing all seven chakras and the repeating wisdom of nature, energy, and consciousness.

🌟 I’ll be showing this series in full and playing sound bowls live on Sunday, July 27th with @dustofsoul .

💫 Saskia and I will go LIVE today to talk about the creative journey and the beautiful event.

🦋🌸 The Butterfly + Lotus chakra card is part of the full 7 piece set I’ve created to support sacred space, practice, and intention.

🟣 6. THIRD EYE: Ajna | Owl

👁️ Seeing inward

The third eye chakra is a gateway to clarity beyond logic. The owl teaches us to trust what we know in the dark and to listen to what can’t be seen. Ajna is about remembering our inner sight and returning to still wisdom.

This painting, like the others, holds the Seed of Life, honoring the pattern of awareness that repeats in all of life.

🔮 Join me on Sunday, July 27th with @dustofsoul to experience this art, sound bowls, and a celebration of soul and spirit.

👁️‍🗨️ I’ll also be going LIVE tomorrow with Saskia to talk about this creative journey and her birthday gathering!

🦉 The Owl chakra card is part of a 7-card collection that I created to bring insight and gentle focus to your sacred space.

🔵 5. THROAT: Vishuddha | Lion

Truth is vibration.

The throat chakra has been a powerful teacher for me throughout my 40s, learning to speak, not just with volume, but with clarity and care.

🦁 The lion symbolizes this fearless expression and the inner authority to speak truth without harm.

The Seed of Life weaves through this painting, as it does through much of my work, symbolizing the sacred repetition found in voice, pattern, and energy.

🔊 Come experience the full chakra series and live sound bowls on Sunday, July 27th with @dustofsoul .

🎉 Saskia and I will also go LIVE on Thursday to talk about voice, healing, and her birthday celebration through sound and art.

🦁 The Lion chakra card can be used as a daily intention, placed near your altar, journal, or wherever you connect to truth.

💚 4. HEART: Anahata | Deer

Softness is strength

🦌 The deer holds the gentle but alert energy of the heart.

Anahata has shown me that to love deeply is not weakness, it’s one of the most courageous things we can do. This chakra, and this painting, are about compassion, trust, and balance.

You’ll find the Seed of Life tucked into the design again, a structure that mirrors nature, the chakras, and the unfolding of presence.

💚 I’ll be sharing this and the full series on Sunday, July 27th with @dustofsoul during a sound bowl and art exhibition.

🌸 Saskia and I will also go LIVE on Thursday to share more about the work and her birthday celebration.

🦌 The Deer chakra card is part of the full 7-card set, perfect as a gentle daily reminder, or as a beautiful addition to your yoga or meditation space.

🟡 3. SOLAR PLEXUS: Manipura | Ram

🔥 pure fire

Manipura has taught me to recognize the difference between pushing and aligning. I still struggle with this a lot but I am more aware.

The ram symbolizes steady strength and clarity of direction. When this chakra is balanced, we act with purpose instead of reaction.

As always, the Seed of Life appears, a sacred pattern of 7 circles, just like the chakras, reminding us of order within chaos.

🌞 Join me for the full art and sound experience on Sunday, July 27th with @dustofsoul

🎙️ Saskia and I will go LIVE this week to talk about intention, vibration, and celebrating her birthday through creativity.

🐏 The Ram chakra card is available as part of a 7 piece set, meant to be displayed, meditated with, or used as daily intention reminders in your sacred space.
