On Friday October 2, Ideophone and Bergen Kunsthall come together for a special live program at Landmark, bringing together Lemna (JP) and O.M.Theorem (NO).

@ideophonerecords has always been interested in exploring the outer edges of electronic and club music, and this night brings together two artists who share a deep and exploratory approach to sound, rhythm and live performance.

@lemnamusic presents From The Cave, a deep and immersive live project currently on tour, moving through experimental drone, techno and textured noise. A more introspective and listening-focused performance, drawing inspiration from darkness, transformation and rebirth.

Later in the night, Bergen-born, Berlin-based @o.m.theorem turns up the energy with a trippy, bass-heavy live set built around dub techniques, intricate polyrhythms and shifting tempos - moving through soundsystem music, techno, footwork, jungle and drum & bass.

From deep listening to full-body movement, we’re very excited to present these two artists together at Landmark.

O.M.THEOREM (NO) - LIVE
Bergen-born, Berlin-based producer and live artist Tobias Sørensen Urhaug, aka @o.m.theorem , has carved out a distinct corner of bass-heavy electronic music - exploring the spaces between soundsystem culture, dub, techno and intricate polyrhythmic structures.

His live sets are built around a hands-on approach to sound. Working directly through a mixing desk, tracks are pulled apart and reshaped in real time using dub techniques, heavy low end and interlocking rhythms. Moving fluidly across tempos, his music can stretch from spacious dub and techno into footwork, jungle and drum & bass - trippy, physical and made for movement.

Through his own O.M.Theorem label, Tobias has steadily built a strong catalogue of releases, including the Lemma series, Corollary1 with reinterpretations by DJ Sotofett and Ossia, and his debut album Eruption, released in 2025. And word has it there’s a new O.M.Theorem release in the works, so there’s plenty more to look forward to.

Together with Aarti Kriplani, Tobias is also behind Dub & Dal, a project rooted in Berlin that brings together soundsystem culture, bass music, food and community.

We’re very excited to bring O.M.Theorem back to Bergen and experience the project where it really comes alive - live, loud and in full effect.

The evening also features Japanese artist @lemnamusic , currently touring Europe with From The Cave - an immersive live work moving through experimental drone, techno, textured noise and shifting rhythms.

LEMNA (JP) - FROM THE CAVE
We’ve been following Lemna’s productions for some time, drawn to the singular way she works with rhythm, space and texture. We’re incredibly stoked to finally welcome her to Bergen as part of her current European tour.

Japanese artist Maiko Okimoto, aka Lemna, has developed a sound that sits somewhere between experimental electronics, techno, ambient and intricate rhythmic structures.
With a background stretching from classical piano and sound engineering to Tokyo’s drum & bass scene, her music dives deep into rhythm while constantly pushing at its edges. Her productions have found a home on labels including Horo, Samurai Music, KHIDI and Delsin.

Since making her live debut at Berlin Atonal in 2017, Lemna has approached each performance as something unique to that particular moment, creating new material rather than relying on a fixed live set.

At Landmark she presents From The Cave - an immersive live work inspired by the role of caves in traditional Japanese mountain worship, where darkness becomes a space for transformation, introspection and rebirth. Moving through experimental drone, techno, textured noise and shifting rhythms, the work traces a journey from darkness and the subconscious towards an emergence into light.

Deep, detailed and uncompromising - we’re very excited to experience Lemna live in Bergen.

The evening also features a live set from Bergen-born, Berlin-based O.M.Theorem (NO), taking the night further into trippy, bass-heavy and danceable territory.

Thanks to everyone who joined us at Østre last Saturday!

Such a pleasure having the ever-dazzling human @hayabu6 with us, pouring all that vibrant, warm and bouncy energy into the floor. After a week together in Bergen—from sunshine to rain and everything in between—it all came together beautifully on Saturday night, with @juliesilset setting things in motion before Haya took over and carried us through the night.

Big thanks to @ostrebergen and the whole crew for having us, and to everyone who came down, danced and made the night what it was.

Next up is October 2 @landmark.bergen , where we’re putting together a very special concert program.
More on that very soon <3 by @ideophonerecords

We’re about to find out!

Expect a warm, trippy and seriously bouncy night, with Julie kicking things off on vinyl before Haya takes over the booth.

We’re incredibly happy to welcome Haya back to Bergen and this time for her Østre debut 💓

Ever since her first visit with Ideophone in 2024, we’ve been looking for the right moment to bring her back. On August 29, it finally happens!

Based in Haifa, Haya has spent the past few years touring across Europe, bringing her infectious blend of hard groove, old-school techno, cheeky dembow, bass-heavy breaks and trippy tribal rhythms to clubs and radio stations alike. Playful, driving and full of unexpected turns, her sets are built for adventurous dancefloors.

Kicking things off is Ideophone’s own Julie Silset with a deep and driving vinyl set, before Haya takes over the booth for the night
