POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Working on some figure drawings, hopefully these become more frequent, but I figure a sketch dump should be a start for me posting art more regularly.

ANIMATION DUMP:
(caution for strobing images)

I say this truly every time I open Instagram but I need to post more.

This is a collection of animated tests and projects that I have had the liberty to cut my teeth on, featuring cameos from inebriated relative Austin emo bands and Jerma985.

Being an animation student on top of a film student is a lot of hard work and I'm hoping to continue to improve my skills as not only a filmmaker but an artist as well. I will more than likely have more for y'all soon, but I have to format the videos correctly.

Wish me luck, and for all you other overworked under slept suckers out there, keep doing what ya love. by @idiosimian

Next piece! I think you can tell what pieces went into making this record. Another gift, this time for a friend, was really impressed with how quickly I busted this one out, so to be real... If people want something like this... Lemme know. by @idiosimian

Hey guys, Instagram has a thing with jiggly bits, so I'm censoring that, lol.

BUT, this is a custom piece that I ended up doing for my partner. Had a lot of fun assembling this one, though I will say cutting everything out was getting grating.

If you're looking for show updates I should have that for y'all soon, I swear we have been working on it. by @idiosimian

I figure I needed to start actually posting the graphic design work that I do for people ( ; ‾̀◡‾́)σ»

This was a design that ended up getting used on tote bags for the UT student radio station! I originally designed it to go on shirts, but I really liked how rustic it looked on the totes, so I think @kvrxaustin chose well for that one.

Unfortunately you can no longer secure the👜, but I'm fairly sure KVRX has some other goods that are designed by cool people to fit the needs of crate digging enthusiasts. Support local, and listen to none of the hits! by @idiosimian

I’m sure it’s been long enough now to where I can post the original without having to worry about it.

But yeah, for those of you who missed it, I drew a T-shirt for Austin emo band @drunkuncleatx!!!

Their new album is great I would highly suggest giving it a listen (Personal fav is Get to the Moon). You can really hear the heart in their work, and their appreciation for a complete experience.

Love these good ol’ boys, hoping to see ‘em more in the future. by @idiosimian

HAPPY HALLOWMONTH YOU FREAKY SPOOK GOBLINS!

I’m working on a new video for a TSTV thing that I wrote by myself for myself, with NO assigned grading scale. So this’ll technically my first real original directorial debut... which is probably scarier than any movie I’d watch for Halloween.

Wonderful @daniesalsa got a tattoo of one of my designs! Granted, the artist had to take creative liberties because I had no idea how to design a tattoo! But my art is kind of on a living being’s body!!! Cool!!

Would you let me design a piece that would be permanently affixed to your skin for all to see? Do you want something less permanent? Let me know!

Heya guys, I'm terrible at posting in a regular manner, but I'm sure you all knew that. This piece is a lil commission that I did for someone very close. Terrible outdated memes aside, I think the execution of this piece came out exceptionally well. by @idiosimian
