Are you between seasons, or do you have a cold office even when it's warm outside? Or do you just like flexible layers...or making/giving unique gifts?

With 9 sizes spanning 24-30 in/60-75 cm to 72-78 in/170-195 cm chest measurement (with lots of ease for arms and shoulders) and 3 length options, #revolvingcapelet can be a pattern you use over and over.

I had great testers who all said the dip stitches and changing construction kept them engaged. I knit it in 4 different yarns/combos and had no issues. The construction is simple and so are modifications...just check out ansteda's rose-colored version with no neck column, and how some of us used solo yarns in various fibers while others marled. With a DK target weight and flexible sizing, all you need to do is watch your yarn consumption!

Sample 5 of my #revolvingcapelet pattern was completed quickly during the test to make sure size 1 had the correct marker placement at the end of the yoke section.

Made in sport weight #marisolyarn #paqupura alpaca in a self-striping colorway, this sample is another soft hug. Hoping the recipient loves it as much as I loved making it!

Revolving is coming very soon to #ravelry and has 9 sizes and 3 length options!

I don't typically knit the same pattern 3x, but I think this one is going to be a record breaker for me. #revolvingcapelet is probably my favorite design to date.

This one is made for me, and I'm wearing it twice this week already - once at work with a wool dress, and today with jeans and a waffle henley. I love how the deep teal of the Cashmere Lace "glimmers" with the lighter sock yarn. It's soft, warm, and I feel radiant and secure in it. It's like a hug.

Revolving has no sleeve island, uses yoke increases, and features a fun little dip stitch feature to break up the stockinette. It's adaptable to all sorts of yarns and yarn combos and has 3 available lengths × 9 available sizes (each represents 6 in/15 cm of chest circumference). Revolving is hands-free, warm coverage you can dress up or down, or gift to virtually anyone. Oh, and it's a DK/DK equivalent fabric that works up pretty fast - I did this one (size 3, length B) in 32 hours.

The testers are trying fair isle yarns, mohair/merino combos, cotton blends...We are testing the snot out of this right now and I'm thinking of one for the summer in cotton, linen, or a blend of them for that addition to my personal collection.

Pattern should post in a few weeks!
