After a year of planning alongside Jillian, Curtis, and their incredible families, seeing their reaction as they walked into their reception at Monserate Winery was one of those moments I’ll never forget.
From the very beginning, they cared deeply about how the day would feel for their guests. The ambiance, the candlelight, the music, the layers of thoughtful details… every element was intentionally chosen to create a warm, timeless, and unforgettable experience. No detail was missed.
Working with couples like this is why I love what I do so much. Watching months and months of dreaming, planning, and designing come to life in a single moment is always magic, but even more so when it’s for people you genuinely adore. ✨

Love Shack, Fiancé! 🎀

For the love of pink, pretty florals, and the future Mrs. Nielson.

A dreamy garden brunch filled with lush pink blooms, charming green patterned linens, and thoughtful details, all set at a beautiful private residence.

One of our favorite touches? A custom perfume bar where guests created their own signature scents to take home. The sweetest way to remember such a special day!

October, you sure know how to make an entrance.

We kicked off our fall wedding season in the most beautiful way, celebrating Susan & Justin at Green Valley Ranch Resort.

From a romantic ceremony on the grand staircase to cocktails on the lawn and a dreamy candlelit reception, it was the perfect October evening. Shades of blue, pops of red, and thoughtful details brought their celebration to life.

But the most beautiful part of the day? The love between these two. The kind of love you can feel in every glance, every smile, and every moment they share. One Hinge match turned into a forever kind of love, and we couldn’t be happier for them.

Cheers to the newlyweds and a beautiful start to our fall wedding season.

Almost one year since Kelsey & Kieran’s beautiful wedding day, and we couldn’t let the occasion pass without celebrating these two. We miss them dearly! Their love was so evident in every moment, and their day was truly one to remember.

An old-world Italian celebration set in the heart of Las Vegas.

Kelsey & Kieran welcomed 105 of their closest family and friends to Bellagio for a day filled with meaning, romance, and unforgettable details.

Their ceremony unfolded on the Juliet-style terrace, framed by lush calla lilies—a heartfelt tribute to Kieran’s late mother, Amy, who carried the same blooms on her wedding day.

As the sun set, guests entered a candlelit reception filled with satin-draped tables, crystal chandeliers, espresso martinis, tiramisu, heartfelt toasts, and a dance floor that stayed full all night long.

A celebration rooted in love, legacy, and the sweetest memories. Happy first anniversary, Kelsey & Kieran! We’re still dreaming about this one. 🤍✨

Hosting season is almost here. 🍂

A look back at one of our favorite Thanksgiving tables from last year. Lush seasonal florals and autumn foilage layered with figs, pears, whole nuts and hand-finished wood taper candlesticks created a table that felt warm, abundant and timeless.

Proof that some of the most beautiful holiday details are the ones inspired by the season itself.

An afternoon all about Amber. ♠️❤️✨

Her mom planned this beautiful celebration for her daughter, bringing a little vintage Vegas charm to a day created especially for the bride-to-be.

With nods to “Lucky in Love,” thoughtful details around every corner, and a room filled with the people who love Amber most, it was the sweetest way to celebrate this exciting chapter in her life.

A few favorite moments from a beautiful afternoon celebrating Amber.

Braxtyn’s First Harvest 🍂

A charming fall market brought to life for the sweetest first birthday. From pumpkin decorating and cornhole to bouncing, playing and getting up close with the animals at the petting zoo, there was something for every little guest to enjoy.

Almost two years later and we still keep coming back to this one.🤎 After having the honor of celebrating Dru at her baby shower, getting to come back and create Braxtyn’s first birthday made this day even sweeter.

The perfect cozy November afternoon at @southernhighlandsgc.

36 today 🤍

And somehow, I’m also heading into almost 10 years of I Do Details.

It’s a little surreal to think about how much life has happened alongside this business. The weddings, the celebrations, the long days, the beautiful details, the people I’ve met, the places this job has taken me, and all the little moments in between.

Some of the greatest gifts have been the relationships that have come from it. Clients who became friends, vendor relationships that turned into friendships, and so many incredible people I probably never would have met otherwise.

I started I Do Details in my 20s, and now at 36, I’m incredibly grateful that I still get to do something I genuinely love.

Here’s to another year of life, creativity, celebrations, and seeing where this little business of mine takes me next. ✨

Lucky in love ♠️♥️

A little vintage Vegas, a lot of bridal sparkle, and the sweetest celebration for Amber.

Blush pink, ruby red, silver & gold, black details, lucky dice, playing cards, poker chips, and spade-shaped menus, because baby, she hit the jackpot.
