Everything we do at iDream Mindset comes back to three things: mindset, confidence, and faith.

We’re not just building better athletes. We’re building young people who know who they are before they ever step on the field, so confidence isn’t something they’re chasing, it’s something they carry.

Swipe through to see what we stand for and why we do this work. 🏆

Built by professional soccer players who are living this out ourselves, every day.

6 months in, and our Online Men’s Bible Study is going from strength to strength.

A weekly space for men to grow in faith, identity, and brotherhood, led by former and current professional soccer players, in partnership with FBN (Footy By Nature).

Wherever you’re at in your faith, whether you’ve walked with God for years or you’re just starting to ask questions, there’s a seat for you here. This isn’t about where you start. It’s about the accountability and the roadmap to keep growing.

What's the first thing your kid hears after a loss?
Swipe for four things that land hard after a loss, and what to try instead.
Ivan was released by Chelsea at 12, and three more times after that. After every one, his parents never said failure. They said footballer. You can do this. God is backing you.
He walked in that label all the way to a pro contract.
Your words after a loss become their label. Choose them before the drive.

What do you do in the hour before kickoff?
If the answer is "it depends", that's why game day feels different to training.
Nerves don't mean you're not ready. They mean it matters. They just need a job.
Give them one: the same cue, the same routine, a small reward after. Every game. Make it your floor, not your ceiling.

Who got the blame after your last loss?
Maybe the ref really did miss it. That part isn't yours to carry.
What you did in the next five minutes is. Did you argue, switch off, stop running? Or did you play the next ball?
Sort the game into two lists: mine to carry, not mine to carry. Then train only what's on yours.
You can only fix what you own.

Which one have you said this week?
At 19 I watched lads I came up with make their first-team debuts. Barnet had released me. Palace said no contract. Trials in Germany, Belgium and Holland: no, no, no.
Comparison was a thief of my joy. Their debut was never my deadline. I signed pro at 24.
No can mean not yet.

Which of these would you have quit on?
Ivan was released by Chelsea at 12. Years later he was cutting hair through COVID, close to quitting. He signed pro at 24.
Slade lost a year to a stress fracture at 13 and walked neighbors' dogs while his friends traveled to play. He signed homegrown with FC Dallas.
The low moment is only the top half of the picture. Keep going until you see the bottom half.

What do you do the week after you lose your spot?
In the COVID year Slade was on the edge of the academy roster. Later he learned the plan was not to bring him back.
A new U19 coach gave him the spot. He took the basics seriously: passing drills, his diet when no one was watching. A year later he was captain.
Don't just ask your coach why. Ask what they need to see from you, then win the reps nobody claps for.

What will your athlete hear on the drive home today?
Ivan was released by Chelsea at 12. His parents never said failure. They said footballer, and he walked in that label.
Slade cried after losing a tournament final. That's the day his dad knew soccer was his thing.
Let them talk first. Then one sentence: "I love watching you play."

What do you do in the ten seconds after a mistake?
A mistake you don't reset keeps playing in your next touches.
Before this weekend's game, pick a cue word. After a mistake, say it out loud, make the next pass simple, and remember: a mistake is something you did, not who you are.
