Still on a high from our WAYS: A Meditative Sound Experience event led by DJ Raine @lorrainereigns ✨🤍

Not only were the true @jheneaiko fans in the building, but every aspect of the experience was intentional, thoughtful, and rooted in connection.

A special thank you to Grounded DC, @groun.ded for providing such a seamless experience—from the beautiful ambiance and warm hospitality to the healing teas that elevated the evening. Fun fact: each tea selection was thoughtfully paired to correspond with a Jhené album, creating an even deeper sensory journey throughout the experience. 🍵🌿

Thank you to our incredible sound bath practitioner, Kassamira, @idreamwithin for guiding us through such a grounding and restorative experience. The combination of her sound healing and Jhené’s music was the perfect match, and closing the evening with her own curated sound journey using crystal bowls was truly magical. ✨🎶

And finally, thank you to everyone who joined us. From familiar faces to strangers who became new friends, your presence helped make the evening what it was. Every conversation, every moment of stillness, every shared experience was intentional.

Two sisters in Christ navigating through life, one moment of stillness at a time. ♥️

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is slow down.

This weekend, we experienced a beautiful sound bath led by the amazing Kassamira, and it was exactly what we needed a chance to pause, reflect, reset, and reconnect.

The gentle sounds and peaceful atmosphere reminded us to quiet the noise, release what we can’t control, and make room for peace.

As women of faith, we left with one simple reminder: God is already taking care of what we’ve been worrying about. Our responsibility is to keep showing up, trust His timing, and continue becoming the women He’s called us to be.

Thank you, Kassamira!!!! For creating such a beautiful space to rest, reflect, and recharge!! My girl has such a beautiful smile♥️

If you’re looking for a moment to reset, she hosts this experience every second Saturday of the month at 11:00am at Lexington Market.

We definitely recommend adding it to your self-care routine.
