Pleased to report that in her 9th month on earth, she’s been busily getting bigger, stealing poppadoms and other foods unsuitable for cats and continues her work as chief morale booster and spider killer at ADO Restoration.

Always feel so lucky to have this little cat in my life, she’s absolutely exceptional and I couldn’t imagine doing life without her 🩷

Back to work tomorrow, but first, a new favourite photo of Nancy and me.

Minors on Tour was brilliant; I feel like I’ve had the break I needed with lots of silly little jokes and time with my friends.

Lots to catch up on today including editing my video of Minors on Tour, editing my review video of a rare modern classic and working out a repair schedule for the Standard 10 to go to Le Mans Classic with @mstraveldestinations - obviously lots of video to come on that one!

Today, I came second place in @goodwoodrevival Best Dressed 2025 competition!

This photo is post win, where my shoes have had to be replaced by wellies so I could continue having maximum fun.

When I tell you the competition was fierce, I am not kidding. The ladies and gents in the line up were all so impeccably dressed and it was a shock and a privilege to be awarded second place.

Tomorrow is the last day and it’ll be another belting ensemble, because let’s face it, life is too short to go about your business in boring clothes!

This might actually be the coolest motoring accessory I’ve ever owned 😭🩷

I was very kindly sent this beautiful scarf by Stephen, a lovely man who watches the channel.

It was owned by his mother in law Florence, who passed away. I am so grateful she kept it and I hope she’d be delighted that I will treasure it and give it a second life.

I’ve styled it with an early 60s St Michael jumper and some 60s trousers I’ve had in storage for ages.

No doubt I’ll be pulling it out at the NEC Classic Motor Show next month. Let me know if I’ll see you there…I’ll have a ticket discount for you next week. by @idriveaclassic

GOODWOOD REVIVAL VIDEO!

As many of you know, I’ve been having quite a busy time lately and I’m exhausted, truly beyond exhausted.

My edit of Revival isn’t finished and it was such an incredible weekend, it deserves lots of care to the edit, not a rushed effort. It would be an insult to the organisers to not put 100% into the video.

Therefore, this Sunday will be Rustival and next Sunday will be Revival.

However, I’ll do lots of teaser bits leading up as I managed to acquire 577 videos during the weekend.

I think after that, we may look to have a little rest. I’ll keep you all posted 🩷

The @goodwoodrevival photos and reels will now start to filter into my social media 🤭

First up is my ‘Day One’ outfit, which was a @vinted find (alongside the shoes). Gloves are idriveaclassic archive as is the handbag. All vintage, all pre owned and nothing new.

The suit was expertly taken in, taken up and rejigged somewhat by much-loved MIL Judy; who was given barely any notice on the job by a disorganised me.

She absolutely nailed it though, because we got down to finalists in Best Dressed.

Thank you @danstevensphoto for another smashing set of photos this year. His team are just marvellous and somehow manage to photograph hundreds of people whilst maintaining a level of enviable calm.

Also thank you to @goodwoodrevivalstyle team who work SO hard to make the fashion and vintage style part of Revival really come to life.
