The face behind Iesha’s Garden 🤗 Hi, I am Iesha, thanks so much for following along on our journey to grow organic food in the Middle East desert. I am from a beautiful little island in the Caribbean…Trinidad and Tobago. Moving from the lush greenery of the Caribbean to the harsh desert has been challenging, mainly because we grow our own food. I am a bit camera shy so I don’t normally appear in my videos, however, that’s about to change. Never thought I’d be living in a war zone…Only a few months ago we would go to bed and wake up to birds singing. Now we go to bed and stay awake because missiles and drones are exploding over our heads. In between the bombings we take the chance to walk on our little beach and be soothed by the sounds of waves. It’s a beautiful blessing to have a peaceful day, without the missiles, drones and explosions. Just waves rolling in, bees buzzing and birds singing.
For lunch we will have 3 types of pasta 😋 seafood in white sauce, prosciutto cotto and mozzarella tortellin and spaghetti in tomato sauce with minced beef. Praying that we enjoy many more meals in peace 🙏 #pasta #food #homemade #homecooking #peace by @ieshasgarden
