Your body deserves more than criticism.. it deserves care, patience, movement, nourishment, and rest.

Do what’s necessary to keep your body healthy, strong, and thriving. Not because you hate the way you look, but because you LOVE the body that carries you through this life. 🫶🏾

You don’t have to wait until you reach your “goal body” to appreciate yourself. Love yourself through every stage.

Self-love isn’t just accepting your body.
It’s taking care of it. 💪🏾

My Self Love Story ⤵️
I’ve been diagnosed with psoriasis since 2014 & have been living with this skin condition for over 10 years now. My confidence has its ups & downs just like my skin. I also still choose to wear long sleeves and pants to cover up my scars but this past year I’ve been trying my best to love myself & accept my scars. It’s not an easy journey but it’ll be worth it. I love my imperfections & I love my body. One day I’ll open up more about this, I’m not ready yet. But one day I will be. ❤️

Take care of yourself like someone you’re responsible for. ❤️

Self Love Sunday 🤍

The relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for everything else in your life.

Love yourself through every stage. Love the body that’s carrying you through your journey. Celebrate the small wins, embrace the setbacks, and keep showing up. Growth isn’t about becoming someone else, it’s about becoming the best version of you.

I’m not chasing perfection. I’m chasing progress, peace, confidence, and the strongest version of myself, inside and out.

performing has always been a huge fear of mine. I've always been the behind the scenes type of girl.

But I did it. & i'm so proud. my village is proud of me. & of course I could've did better & have done so during my private sessions. But... I did it & thats what matters. & now I could cross this off my list of fears.

Thank you to every single beautiful soul that came to support me. & thank you @lc_leadershipcreation for this amazing event. So grateful to be apart of this.

This was a big deal for me.. God knows my heart. Doing this meant a lot & it was very important for me to do it. Cheers to the future. Let's see what other fears I can take off my list this year 🌹 by @ieshatakeover
