There's a rumbling on the jungle grapevine that the new kid on the block @iestyn_edwards1 may have a fight date before the end of the year.

Another serious strength & conditioning session in the bank for the three beast!

The graft these lads are putting in behind the scenes has been next level. No egos, no excuses — just hard work, discipline and a willingness to push themselves every session.

Bare-knuckle boxing demands everything from a fighter, and these three are putting themselves through the work needed to be ready when fight night comes. Every rep, every round and every uncomfortable moment is building towards the same goal — being at their absolute best when they step through those ropes.

They’re not just training to fight… they’re training to be ready for war.

All three are looking sharp, strong and hungry, and they’re getting closer to being fight-ready. 🔥

Next fights coming soon… 👀

Jamie T 🤝 Iestyn “Stiffy” Edwards.

Still one of my favourite moments from the Road To The Trigon series. 🎶🥊

Looking forward to being back with Iestyn very soon… 👀

Who wants to see this man back in the Trigon before the end of the year?

Everyone deals with fight week differently… 👊🏻

The day before weigh ins, while plenty of fighters were sweating it out in the sauna worrying about the scales, @iestyn_edwards1 was sat in the hotel room with a guitar in hand, giving us his own version of Ayatollah by Catfish and the Bottlemen before heading down for his media interviews. 🎸

Nothing seemed to faze him all week. From snapping a string to his opponent missing weight, he just took everything in his stride and enjoyed every moment.

Road To The Trigon Episode 11 | Part 2 👊🏻

The final chapter.

Things get serious in the dressing room as @iestyn_edwards1 locks in for the biggest fight of his career. Then it’s time to make the walk to the Trigon.

With emotions already running high, Iestyn makes the walk to the Trigon to his late brother Geraint Edwards funeral song, a moment that meant more than words could ever describe ❤️

Watch the fight highlights, the moments after the final bell, and a heartwarming FaceTime with our opponent’s mum from the medics room.

Post fight celebrations were cut short as Iestyn was taken to hospital for precautionary checks, but he was all good and I caught up with him the following day whilst he stuffed his face with @rhiascakes 🍰

As this is the final episode of Road To The Trigon, I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has watched, liked, shared and supported the series from start to finish. The response has genuinely blown us away, and I can’t thank you all enough for coming along on the journey. 🙌🏻

A huge thank you to @vortexigcompetitions for coming along on the Road To The Trigon. Your support throughout this journey has meant a lot and has helped make the series what it is. 💜

Last weekend I had the pleasure of making some post fight treats for Iestyn after his BKB win!! 👊🏻

After weeks of training & dieting, Iestyn chose to celebrate with some of my cakes..as you can see he didn't take long to get stuck in (half a blondie bottom left 😂)

These weren't the half of them & they weren't planning on sharing either!

Threw in a few extras to show my appreciation for the order & forced him & Crystal to try some matchas 🍵

Congratulations & thank you again 🩷

🍪 If you'd like to order some post fight treats just pop me a message on WhatsApp & I can get you sorted!
