Outside of rehearsals, Aira is famous for her ever growing fun sock collection! Along with this she’s a lover of a good board game, a coffee with friends and is on a mission to find the best biscuit in every country! 🍪

... and what a year that was...

1. Coffee on a shore - what a time to brood and ponder
2. A lesson in trust in the face of new beginnings...
3. ... and other creatures
4. And that one time I felt so glad to be alive, drenched through the padded coat (and other times with hearty food and laughter)
5. And that one time with pretty people, 40 echoing louder than a 100 in a basement (or how I thought going to a free concert would be a fun adventure and it was)
6. Enter Shikari...

Colours. So many colours. So many vivid colours to see.
Adventures and mistakes. Wondering and wandering. Challenges and experiences.
The rush. The hurry. And then the silence.
The chaos!?! HARRY POTTER and all the stuff related...! Overwhelming. Amount. Of. Experiences.

MUSICALS? CONCERTS?! The entire week of living at the excited superposition, between stress and excitement.

And a steadyness beside me. Physical calm, I can take by the hand or lean on the shoulder of and forget for a second my worries.
And a dear walking encyclopedia, guiding with patience through every anxious step and question.
And a little circle rainbow following nearly entire way home.
And many many many more moments.
The dream, after 7 years of dreaming, 5 years of thinking and way too much planning has been fullfiled (more or less). I hope I don't forget.

In the fairly short period of time we have been friends, I felt hella grateful for a chance to get to know your expansive and wonderful mind even if just a bit.
And I gathered up so many things to thank you for.
For all the truths, banter, laughter and vulnerability one after the other or all at once in conversations.
For endless circles of support.
For listening, consoling and sharing of art.
For inspiration and hope to push through and fight for what is important.
For trust and honesty.
For your insights and ability to jump thoughts and appreciate the beauty around you.
For caring.
For all the times you somehow knew exactly what to say or do.
For being yourself.
This and so much more than I'd ever be able to put in words I'll be thankful for from the bottoms of my heart.
Especially since I forget easily to say it all at the right time.

The sheer joy you exploade out of yourself. The infinite strength taking you throygh roughest of times.
Concentrated ball of ideas and capacity for science just as much as arts.
I'll never stop admiring your work and your personality.
Because in the end I'm thankful for inspiration, for keeping up your game no matter how tired you are. For putting others as priority and still finding time to dance with yourself.
For caring.
Thank You for accepting me and finding me important and enough and worthy your time.
For peace, poetry and all the cups of tea and coffee.

Sleepless nights with newly made close connections
A tight hug from someone you haven't seen in a while
Aching legs but sheer wonder and awe in the heart from beauty surrounding you
Delirious laughter at extremely unfunny things
Endless heart to heart talks
Childish running around and liberating sense of absolute freedom
Hearing the voice of someone you love while being hundreds of miles away
Being part of the crowd feeling the same music
Finding something you didn't expect to find
Sharing a blissful moment in time, knowing it will end soon
Comfortable silence
Solitude in the middle of chaos and people
Tongue getting stuck between words and thoughts
Bravery which tiredness and late evenings unlock
Letting go of fear
Hundred of hearts beating as one for that one hour
The power of those hundred voices

Yeah. Those are happy moments. Glimpses of light. Memories so full of warmth a single thought about them brings up a smile.

A moment away from opening the courtain.
A light tingle in heart and fires in the eyes of everyone around.
A special bond with everyone on stage, no matter age, role, or who they are or whether you'll see them again.
And then it's gone. In a blink it always seems.
It's fun to go on stage without much preparation.
It's fun to join new things few days before performing.
It's fun to say yes to crazyness sometimes.
It's only bittersweet that doesn't last a moment longer.

Hey! Look at this sunshine! She's older. And yes only now (late per usual) I got around to congratulate this wonderful person with birthday. Thank you endlessly for our trips, planned and random, photoshoots, walks, laughs, concerts, tears. I'm thankful that you let me in your life. And I'm thankful you've been part of mine for such a long time. Super proud of you of what you've become and can't wait to see where you'll grow further.
