This weekend was the most beautiful cultivation of all of the things I have been creating within my life. Love, peace, family, hard work, and all of the things that I envisioned my life being about in every way shape and form.
I wasn’t aligned with any of that before. I wanted it so badly but I had no clue how to get to it.
Until I met you.
Until your soft and sweet presence in my life allowed me to simply become the man I have wanted to for so long.
Until your grace and love allowed me to step into that becoming, of the leader you needed me to be for us and what we’re building, of the man ready to lead a marriage, a family, and create a real, solid and safe life.
I have rebuilt my life from scratch, into something so beautiful and so peaceful and so wholesome that it brings me to tears on a daily basis (what doesn’t tho).
And I have been able to do that, every single step of it, every relationship repaired, every cycle broken, every mindset shift, every disciplined decision, every hard season weathered and every good season celebrated, because of you.
The way you love me, support me, and give me the softest place to land when everything becomes too much.
When I break, when I fall, when I can’t break my own negativity. When I show sides that the world doesn’t get to see because they only see the wins and the good. When I can’t see the results of what I’m working so hard for. You’re right there. Even hundreds of miles away. And when you’re right next to me. You’re always right there. And you’re always the same safe soft place for me to land.
Thank you, mi Reina.
I couldn’t have done any of this without you.
And I don’t ever want to do a thing without you again.
This weekend may have been about me, but it was all for you. (And Mya clearly)

Incredible back drop, incredible lighting, incredible stage crew, incredible backstage set up. Every single thing about this show was absolutely incredible. I’m very very glad that my best package to date got to be displayed on this stage with this backdrop and around the people who made this thing go round. Truly a downright amazing experience and they made the pros truly feel like PROS and cared for respected and valued. Thankful is an understatement.

As for the look? @bossofoutlaw absolutely killed it. A perfect peak. So thankful for him and all he’s done with me this year. Next year will be nothing short of amazing, and you can bet on him and I bringing something even better.

@semenzastrength always has a huge hand in all things with my preps, he’s my second brain and sounding board and does all the training. My leg improvements are a combination of his training, boss’s approach to this prep, and me finding new ways of posing to show the best look. There’s no denying this man grew my legs with an impossible task of growing them in 6 weeks while in prep while trying to make weight. Yet he pulled it off 10 fold. Wonderfully done and incredibly thankful for him and our friendship as well.

The people on the inside of this, while only a few, are the most solid incredible individuals and I’m so so thankful for them all (all 4 of you lol). I have built a team I’m very proud of and know will take me to new heights just like we did this year.

I’ll be back…. 👑🤘❤️🙏 (ps that quote was a hint at what I hope to be next for me)

Been busy doing what I love ❤️

I’ve been feeling very blessed lately by the people who trust in me to get them to where they want to go in bodybuilding. I’ve gotten to take old clients to all new heights, I’ve gotten to show so many new faces the ropes of bodybuilding and help them fall in love with it just the same as I did. And I’ve gotten damn good at getting people where they want to go much faster. The community that’s built around me now is something I always dreamt of; a whole bunch of hard working mother f⚒️crkrs who will run thru a brick wall for me and the people around them.
I will run thru the same brick wall for all of you mfers too I promise you that.
Let’s keep growing and showing everyone that hard work beats EVERYTHING

Fun fact, my legs look awful in 99% of shorts 😂😂😂
Tbh I wasn’t really feeling these shorts either cuz I thought it was gonna be the same deal with my legs looking long and awkward until I took the sweatpants off with a lil pump and realized hey these are actually perfect for my legs 🤝😂
