There is truly no place on earth like being under the lights at the IFBB Tampa Pro!! 🌟🌴

Coming off the stage this past weekend, walking away with 3rd Call Outs in the Open and a Near Top 10 placing in the Masters Division, I’m filled with a mix of exhaustion, fire, and overwhelming gratitude. 🔋🔥🙏
When you pour months of relentless daily grind into a single prep, stepping on that iconic stage in Florida surrounded by world-class athletes is a feeling that never gets old. 💫💪

The Gratitude: Loving the Grit of Bodybuilding 🖤
People outside of our world often look at competitive bodybuilding and see only the surface—the tan, the glitz, and the pose-downs. 📸✨ But those of us who live this know the truth: this sport is as gritty as it is beautiful. 💯
It’s the early morning cardio when your legs feel like lead. 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️ It’s the precision in every weighed meal 🥗⚖️, the pain of those last few burning reps 🔥, and the mental discipline required when peak week pushes you to your absolute limits. 🧠💥

To be healthy, capable, and privileged enough to push my body to these extreme limits is something I will never take for granted. Standing on that stage alongside women who have dedicated years—sometimes decades—to mastering their physiques is an honor every single time. 👑✨

Package Improvements & The Judges' Feedback 📊🔍
Going into Tampa, my team and I had a very clear mission: bring noticeable improvements from my last show. 🎯 We focused heavily on bringing up balance, refining my lines, and dialing in our peak week strategy so my muscle belly fullness held while keeping my skin paper-thin. ⚡️🎯

Looking back at the stage photos, I can proudly say we leveled up. ⬆️🔥

To top it off, the judges' feedback was incredible. 📝🙌 Hearing directly from the IFBB head judges on where my physique stood out—and exactly where we need to tweak—was the best validation we could ask for. They gave us a crystal-clear roadmap, and now it's time to put our heads down and execute. 🗺️⚙️
