The best I ever looked..
From absless person to one of my strongest shots “Abs & thigh”.
I can tell that I won my competition and I reached the level where beyond what I expected.

I started this year prepping in April after Ramadan and then I asked Moe for his help.. I have seen caring and attention to detail like I haven’t seen before. Literally updates on daily basis 📝. Can’t say enough to you brother.. We nailed it ⚒️🙌🏼⛏️

Some journeys change you forever. This is one of those journeys. ❤️‍🔥

This one will never be forgotten. The emotions, the sacrifices, the pressure, the sleepless nights, the highs, the lows—everything we went through together will always stay with me.

Allah knows how much I love this sport and how much of my heart, mind, and soul I give to my clients. Being a coach isn’t just about writing a diet or a training program. When you truly care about your athlete, their journey becomes your journey.

I live inside each one of them. I suffer with them. I cook their meals. I eat what they eat. I make sacrifices so they never feel like they’re going through it alone. If they have to cut water, I’ll even avoid drinking water in front of them. If they’re exhausted, I feel it. If they’re hurting, I hurt with them. When they’re frustrated, I carry that weight with them. And when they succeed, their happiness becomes my happiness.

There are sacrifices that nobody sees—the long nights, the constant pressure, the emotional battles, the meals, the adjustments, the doubts, and being there every single time they need someone. That’s the part of coaching that comes from the heart.

And @holt8.0… you are not just my client. You are my younger brother. ❤️

I would do it all over again without hesitation. Every struggle, every sacrifice, every emotional moment was worth it.

Alhamdulillah for this journey, for the lessons, and for the bond we built through it all.

PRE-JUDGING IS DONE!! 🔥🏆

What an amazing show, @garyudit — the NPC North American Championships!

This is the first national show for my client @holt8.0 , competing in the Men’s Bodybuilding Heavyweight Class, and I couldn’t be more proud of you, happier of what you did and what you accomplished today. 💪🏽

A stacked lineup of 24 competitors with some incredible physiques. I honestly haven’t seen a bodybuilding lineup this competitive in a long time!

Alhamdulillah, we got the first callout! He was initially placed all the way on the far right, but as the judges continued making comparisons, he kept moving toward the center.

Once the judges had narrowed it down to the top three, they continued comparing the remaining athletes and eventually brought out three more competitors. Thankfully, he was one of those three, putting him in the top six after pre-judging. 🔥

We still have to fight for it in the finals at 6 PM, where we’re hoping to secure that 4th-place spot.

Nothing is guaranteed until the final results are announced. We’re going to stay focused, keep pushing, and see what happens tonight. 🙏🏼

AlHamdullah 🤲🏿

This weekend was truly special, and I just want to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Winning means a lot to me, but what means even more is the journey, the people around me, and the support I’ve received throughout this process.

First, I want to give credit to all of the incredible competitors I stood beside. The amount of discipline, sacrifice, and dedication it takes to step on that stage is something only those who do it truly understand. Every athlete brought something special, and being able to compete with such talented individuals was an honor.

To my coach @ifbbpro_moe80 thank you for believing in me, pushing me, guiding me, and helping me become better every single day. None of this would’ve been possible without your knowledge, patience, and support through every high and low of prep. I’m beyond grateful for everything you’ve invested into me brother much love & respect 🙏🏿

& huge thank you as well to @physiquephan for helping guide me with my posing routine and for always supporting me throughout this process. Your advice, encouragement, and attention to detail made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate all the time and energy you gave me.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who supported me along the way my friends, family, clients, and everyone who checked in, sent encouragement, prayed for me, or simply believed in me. This journey can be mentally and physically exhausting at times, and your support helped carry me through more than you know.

Above all, I thank Allah for keeping me healthy, strong, focused, and grounded throughout this entire process. Alhamdulillah for every blessing, every lesson, every challenge, and every opportunity.

This is only the beginning. We’re not done yet. Next stop: Vegas. And I promise we’re coming back bigger, leaner, drier, and better than ever pulling out all the stops.

Good Bye 👋🏼 2025..

I started 2025 with a big disappointment.. I was put all my plans in order to get a job I was applying to for 2 years.. Very very long process.. But it looks like God didn’t want it for me.. I want something, You want something, but Allah wants something else for us. Suddenly, I found out that Allah sent a friend to me to advise me to forget about that and proceed on something else. I took his advice and started my new year with another plan.
It did work!! Alhamdullilah!! I focused on improving myself financially, by focusing on my businesses.
There is always plan B, just keep focusing, keep working, keep chasing your goals and dreams.

ابتديت‎ سنة ٢٠٢٥ ببوري معدل.. چنت مقدم على شغل استمر فترة التقديم عليه اكثر من سنة كاملة. چنت اتمنى هذا الشغل يصير من نصيبي لاني چنت معلق امال هواي عليه 🥹. لو صاير چان حللي هوايه امور وچان اتغيرت هواي امور بحياتي. بس قدر الله وماشاءالله فعل.. رب العالمين ما اختارلي هذا الشي وچان لازم عليه ان اتقبل عذا الشي وآمن بانه الخير فيما اختاره الله لي.. في بداية سنة ٢٠٢٥ مريت بانتكاسة قويه وما چنت عارف شنو اسوي و في اخر هذه السنة عرفت بانه الخير فيما اختاره الله.. قررت اركز بالشغل الخاص مالتي وكل العادة مع الم الغربة والمعاناة وفراق الاهل الاحبة قدرت اسوي شيء صعب ومو سهل على اغلب الناس اللي عايشين بالغربة.. كان ختامها مسك!! الحمدلله على ما اعطى وعلى ما اخذ 🤲🏼
‎ما لازم تستسلم اذا چنت ماشي على خطة وهاي الخطة فشلت حاول دائما تشوف خطة بديلة.. دائما اكو خطة ب شباب..
‎اتمنى من الله يحقق جميع امانيكم وان شاءالله سنة ٢٠٢٦ تكون سنة تحقيق انجازات للجميع واجمل من سنة ٢٠٢٥.
