This is what the road to Brisbane looks like. 💛

Yesterday, we put the presentations away and brought some brilliant people together around one table in Brisbane.👋🏼

The @pararoos and @paramatildas alongside former @socceroos, leaders from @footballaus, @ausparalympics, @thepfa, legendary journalist @bashola66 and @commbank and people who can help shape what comes next.💥

And then we let the players do the talking.🫶🏼

Captains @dbarber1307 and @carlysalmon_ spoke about wearing the Australian jersey.🇦🇺

They spoke about what this sport has given them. 🙌🏼

They spoke about the Paralympic stage they want back. 🏟️

And they spoke about the possibility of bringing women’s football to the Paralympic Games for their first time. 💪🏼

There were some incredible conversations around the table. 💚

More importantly, by the end of lunch people weren’t asking us why CP Football is important. They were asking how they could help. ✅

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and to the brilliant people who helped us make the afternoon look and feel as special as it did including @supernormal_brisbane, @brookes_party_hire and @vivaweddings_.👏🏼
