2024 marked a year of significant growth and exceptional achievements within the International Educated Nurses Community. We are deeply grateful for the positive feedback received. We extend our sincere appreciation to every international educated nurse (IEN) who diligently utilized our free videos, guidance, and instructions; the results are truly inspiring. The overwhelmingly positive testimonials validate all the efforts and passion placed upon "THIS VISION" ( to see the IEN community thrive) I'm truly humbled by the successful outcomes. all the glory to God for enabling and fueling this vision.. To every nurse and mentor who embraced this vision, our heartfelt gratitude and blessings. In this year/ the coming year, we aim to provide well-deserved recognition for your contributions. The free videos from Nurse O'FELA remain readily available. However, if you require more personalized support, please schedule a consultation. My one-on-one consultations are comprehensive and include a structured follow-up plan.. Another great news is the "IEN BOOTCAMP " coming up shortly... In January/ February, do not miss this for anything! I am currently discussing with stakeholders who will be dishing out those gems 💎 to us. I am deeply grateful to God for every internationally educated nurse (IEN) who has benefited—and continues to benefit—from the free information I’ve shared on my social media platforms. It is only through His strength, grace, and wisdom that I’ve been able to provide professional advice that has led to incredible, life-changing testimonials. From 2020 to 2024, the wins within the IEN circle have been countless—too many to put into words. After successfully running the FREE IEN WhatsApp community (Internationally Educated Nurses in Canada) for over three years, it became clear that something more structured was needed for the amazing nurses we served. I acknowledge that the closure of the community wasn’t under the best circumstances, for which I have sincerely apologized. However, there may never have been a “perfect” time to close a platform so dear to many of us. Together, we experienced remarkable growth and provided immense support to nurses worldwide. By God’s grace, I and notable individuals such as @pisimoh contributed to creating a legacy that will forever be cherished! To the amazing nurses who believed in this vision and supported the community’s growth, like @temitayo and @phumzygirl—thank you! Your dedication and contributions will never be forgotten. We’ll soon be sending out awards of appreciation to recognize your incredible support. Looking Ahead: A New Chapter for IENs Though the WhatsApp community chapter has ended, the commitment to serving IENs remains stronger than ever. Moving forward, we’re elevating the way information is shared—through structured programs, live shows, Q&A sessions, Zoom meetings, “village meetings,” and more. Every avenue will be used to deliver unfiltered and undiluted guidance on licensure and immigration matters. Stay tuned for what’s ahead—it’s going to be an exciting journey filled with even more support, connection, and growth. It has been an incredible honor to serve among the most amazing and valuable professionals in the world—nurses . #Instagram #growth #value ##nursesincanada #nurses #Canada #immigration #coach #mentoring #nigeriannursesinamerica #nigeriannursesindiaspora #reelsinstagram by @ife_ofela

Attention is currency. Visibility is currency. Relevance is earned by the value you bring. If you are not providing answers or solving problems, why should people seek you out? Why should they visit your page, buy from you or do business with you? Whether you run a business, sell a product, offer a service or work a 9–5, you are there to provide value. Never stop being useful. Never stop adding value. Because the moment you stop doing what makes people look for you, they can forget you just as quickly. Personally, this is a principle I try to apply in nursing, business, content creation and everything I do. And speaking of adding value, we are 13 DAYS TO GO to our November 15 CELPIP Exam-Focused preparation Class! Yahhhh!! Registration is open. What is it REALLY like working as a nurse in Canada compared to the UK? 🇨🇦🇬🇧 We had two nurses share their experiences, and there were some really interesting points worth discussing! 👀 From family life in Canada to the cost of groceries compared to the UK, work-life balance, and the level of autonomy nurses enjoy in Canada. We also discussed: 🇨🇦 Nursing autonomy: The greater level of clinical autonomy nurses can experience in Canada compared to the UK. 💰 Overtime opportunities: One nurse highlighted how much she appreciates the availability of overtime. Of course, overtime opportunities and rates vary by province, facility and staffing needs. 👩🏽‍⚕️ Recognition of previous experience: Does your previous nursing experience count? Can your accumulated nursing hours translate into better opportunities and career progression? One of the nurses is currently practising in British Columbia, and hearing these different perspectives gives us a better picture of what nursing life in Canada can actually look like. Swipe through, and share this post with a nurse who is considering moving from the UK to Canada. They might find this conversation helpful! 🇨🇦 DON’T WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE ALL THE IMMIGRATION MONEY BEFORE YOU START! Your age is not waiting for you, and delaying your Canada immigration plans could affect your CRS score and eligibility for certain immigration pathways. You don’t have to do everything at once. Start small, but START! 👇🏽 ✅ Step 1: Check your eligibility for Canada Express Entry. Do you have at least one year of eligible skilled work experience? What is your highest educational qualification — OND, HND, BSc, or higher? ✅ Step 2: Take your English language test. Start preparing for IELTS General Training or CELPIP General and aim for the highest score you can achieve. ✅ Step 3: Get your educational credentials assessed through an approved ECA organization. Once you have the necessary information and meet the requirements, you can work towards creating your Express Entry profile and understanding your CRS score. You don't need to have every dollar ready today to begin researching, preparing and taking the first steps. Check your eligibility. Prepare for your English test. Evaluate your credentials. Start building your Canada immigration plan TODAY! 🇨🇦 Remember, your age, language proficiency, education and work experience can all influence your immigration options. Don't let the fear of the total cost stop you from taking the first step. Save this post and share it with someone planning to immigrate to Canada! ❤️ The CELPIP LIVE PREPARATION CLASS WITH PELUMI AGBOOLA IS NOVEMBER 15TH, link to register in my story or bio or ask me!! Cheers . #IELTSGeneralTraining #IELTSPreparation #IELTSForCanada #CELPIP #CanadaExpressEntry by @ife_ofela
