On the 03/05/24 @kevin.barry.coombes and I celebrated our ten year anniversary. What a ten years it has been. ❤️

Life has been so busy lately - we didn’t get round to posting anything properly. So here are a few little pics! 😃

I would like to thank @janeharrisonjewellery for making our pre-engagement ring! 🫶🏻 and making our bespoke engagement/wedding rings. (Which are in the works) she is so talented and can’t wait to see what we all create together.

Kevin of course said yes! Why wouldn’t he… I’m bloody amazing! 😂

Just thought I would finally post the moment. 🥰 taken in Manchester, United Kingdom by @ifoundrob

I FOUND ROB -

Should I start again? I asked myself. Unfortunately we can’t rewind our past.
who am I? Do I even know myself? The answers were simple. No.

Mental health is something I never really spoke about growing up, and is something I have been dealing with since around 9 years of age. My childhood wasn’t easy and I had many traumatic incidents occur, which lead me to a very dark place. I disguised this with smiles and a clownish act (Dumbing myself down) looking back I degraded myself. I did not respect myself.

So I told myself that in order for me to be the best version of me, I needed to grab my past with both hands and face it head on. It was such an awakening experience for me. It has made such a tremendous improvement to my every day life, seeing things almost through a new lens. If anyone is struggling in a similar way to what I have depicted, I would really promote utilising the support out there and allow yourself to meet the best version of yourself. You deserve it! #mentalhealthmatters taken in Glasgow, United Kingdom by @ifoundrob

Massive thank you to @fandmmedia and @ryanrgerrard for this session.

There’s something quite vulnerable about headshots, but Ryan created a space where I could just be myself and trust the process. That means a lot.

Really proud of what we got from it and excited for what’s next. 😛

Very grateful to be asked along and trusted to shoot this really fun set, tricky lighting to navigate but I think it pushed me to get some much more artistic shots than usual and I definitely learned a lot from it
