It’s been one year since my baby brother tragically passed away because of someone else’s recklessness. 🥺💔 Not a single day goes by that I don’t miss him. I wish I could laugh with him one more time, hear his voice, hug him, and tell him just how much I love him.

I will forever be grateful that God chose me to be his big sister. He was my biggest little brother, and having him in my life was truly a blessing. ❤️

I’m so thankful for all the pictures and videos we have that allow me to relive the memories we shared. But if I’m being honest, I just wish there could have been more memories, more laughs, and more moments together.

God’s Word reminds us that “to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.” (2 Corinthians 5:8) I know he is with the Lord, and that brings me comfort. But I can’t help but selfishly wish he were still here with us. 😔

Nonetheless, even through the pain, my faith and trust in God will continue to persevere. Love you, Loyan ❤️

Happy 5 years to my amazing dog Sagal 🥳 Five years ago I adopted my sweet girl from a shelter. I really couldn't imagine life without seeing her tail wag, her tongue sticking out, and her big beautiful eyes staring up at me 😍 she is the sweetest dog on this earth and anyone that has ever met her can attest to it! She has brought so much joy into my life and I've been blessed to learn so much about myself and my relationship with God through her ❤️

Fun fact: My dog's name is pronounced like snuggle without the N. Her name means, ray of sunshine after the rain. My first and middle name together means, light steady rain. We both represent light ✨ and rain 🌧️ by @iftinity_beyond
