Hi, I’m Tiffani. 👋🏼

I’m a wife to my high-school sweetheart, mama to three girls, nurse practitioner, fitness lover, recovering people pleaser, and someone who firmly believes life is way too short to keep waiting for “someday.”

I competed in my first HYROX and, naturally, decided one wasn’t enough. Now I’m obsessed and already booked for the next one.

Because working out has never just been about how my body looks. It’s where I find my confidence, clear my head, challenge myself, and remember just how damn capable I am.

I’ll also choose sunshine, a plane ticket, a new adventure, and making memories with my people every single time.

So if you’re into motherhood, fitness, wellness, travel, personal growth, and figuring out how to build a life you actually LOVE…

Hi. You’re in the right place. 🫶🏼☀️ by @ifyouknowyouknow8502

We have NO idea what it took for her to get the courage to start.
And if her success bothers you more than her struggle inspires you…
Maybe it’s time to ask yourself why. 🫶🏻 by @ifyouknowyouknow8502

Once you make eye contact…. Game over 😅😂 by @ifyouknowyouknow8502

Some of us are raising babies and raising the bar.

Building careers. Building bodies. Building businesses. Building a life our daughters will grow up knowing they can have, too.

We’re not waiting until motherhood gets easier to go after more.

We’re doing both. And that’s the damn point. by @ifyouknowyouknow8502

Life can change in a phone call. One day you’ll realize some of the things keeping you up at night were never worth the energy you gave them.

The people you tried to please. The opinions you let get to you. The arguments you couldn’t let go of. The time you spent proving yourself to people who were never going to understand you anyway.

You don’t get that time back.

Call your people. Hug your babies. Book the trip. Take the pictures. Say the things. Let the petty shit go.

Stop giving your energy to things that don’t deserve it when life is too precious to waste.

Protect your peace like you finally understand how quickly everything can change. by @ifyouknowyouknow8502

The fact that I have to leave this warm blanket and contribute to society…. 😭😂

If you see me out here functioning, just know I deserve an award. 🏆☕️ by @ifyouknowyouknow8502

I’m learning that saying no doesn’t make me selfish. Setting boundaries doesn’t make me difficult. And disappointing someone doesn’t automatically mean I’ve done something wrong.

I’m a mom of three, a wife, a woman with goals of her own, and I’m done apologizing for taking up space in my own life.

If you’re in your stop making yourself smaller to make everyone else comfortable era, welcome. 🤍

We’re not asking for permission anymore.

Follow along if you’re becoming the woman you needed to be for yourself.
