I’ve wrestled with understanding pain and the cost of being human. Now I’m learning sitting and watching it. Sitting with the discomfort while it visits but not make coffee for it so it doesn’t feel too welcomed. by @igiridonhero

Lately I’ve been holding guilt for people I hurt.

I’ve seen how my inability to hold a strong ground on my boundaries has created a loop of hope-resentment-anxiety-hope-then-finally-hate.

I hope that one day my apologies heal up wounds but while at it, I’ve been taking notes on how it shouldn’t even have happened at first instance.

I’ve lived most of my life “giving” but from the wrong bossom. Giving to be chosen and taken seriously. Giving to not be labeled “nonchalant, not intentional, stingy”

This bossom dries up fast because at a certain point you forget about your own need and you silence them.
Imagine the bliss of resting in the realization that THIS IS NOT LIVING NEITHER IS IT LOVING.
