First rounds are stiff for sure…..
#adex adjustable club will test that grip for sure……

Even with arthritic hands I still keep it real and sling steel! (Try too anyway)

Walking Swings, Cleans, Pullovers, Long Cycles…….Also use different body positioning, life isn’t perfect, so real life training doesn’t have to be.
