documenting streets of Da Nang

today we went to the busy streets of Da Nang, Vietnam to document local scenes. street photography is a nice practice of noticing, so keep your curiosity and a fresh eye on ordinary things.

we had a challenge: to see how two different photographers see things. one street, two different visions. as a tool to help us, we used @frame37.cam , an app imitating an analog camera.

you get the vibe of film photography, but you can’t see the result right away. once you’ve taken 36 pics, you wait 1 day to see them. it keeps the excitement of the process.

today i am turning 28! 🥳🎂✨🌻

the past years were tough. i went from being homeless, broke and completely lost to finally finding myself. it took me so long to find the courage to call myself a visual artist. i spent years in a loop of wanting to make something but not knowing what or how, not really understanding who i was. but now i finally feel confident, and i finally allow myself to create.

i can’t wait for new projects and to show the world my vision.

happy birthday to me ✨✨🫲🏻🫲🏻🌞🫱🏻🫱🏻✨✨ by @ignartii
