@fascinatang thank you for helping me see something I had become incapable of seeing for myself. Thank you for reminding me that I am more than the worst things my mind tells me about myself, more than my volatility, my exhaustion, my mistakes, my darkest hours.

Survival is an achievement so small that often no one else will notice. Getting out of bed. Answering a message. Eating something. Going outside. Asking for help.

Staying.

Please stay ❤️

Never give up. Never throw in the towel. Even when the future appears sealed shut, leave room for another door. There are people who will listen... treatments that can help, communities that understand, and resources available when your own strength has run thin.

Some days will be easier than others. Healing is not linear. You don’t have to have everything figured out.

Sometimes making it through the day is enough. Sometimes staying is enough.

One day you will look back and realize you were stronger than you ever thought you were.

I’m still here 💫 by @igniserrans

'What that young girl taught me was respect... that the photograph is not the be-all and end-all. I can still capture emotion but it’s complicit and spiritual. ~Lee Jeffries

'So close, no matter how far
Couldn't be much more from the heart
Forever trusting who we are
And nothing else matters'
~Mettalica

Frontman James Hetfield wrote the song while on tour, originally as a deeply personal piece about missing his girlfriend, never intending for it to be released to the public.Today, it stands as a timeless anthem about trust, independence, and staying true to oneself.
