Much of our work lately has been helping CEOs and founders find their voice... building out LinkedIn strategies, ghostwriting posts, shaping thought leadership that truly sounds like them.

What’s become impossible to ignore is that this kind of content is outperforming everything else. The founder account is doing what the brand account used to do.

If you’re a founder still hiding behind a logo, now is a good time to step out. Your clients, customers, and partners want to know the person behind the work, and that’s what actually builds trust. by @ignitestudio

Working with @courtneysemplinerdesigns has been such a sweet ongoing project for us, and it’s been a good reminder of something we keep coming back to: for anyone whose work is visual, your Instagram is doing portfolio work whether you designed it to or not.

Courtney came to us with a ton of incredible projects and little time to consistently share them, which is the story of so many business owners and creatives we talk to. So we built her Instagram to actually reflect what that means for her business: a curated gallery of the real work, running in the background while she stays focused on her clients.

If your business is visual and your feed could use the same kind of care, we’d love to talk. Link in bio đŸ©· by @ignitestudio

When Helen came to us, she’d already built years of legal experience, but she’d stepped away from her career to raise her family and hadn’t kept up an active LinkedIn presence.

Our job wasn’t to build her something from scratch, but to help her reintroduce herself to a network that already existed.

That meant reconnecting her with the people who already knew her— former colleagues, referral partners, business owners she’d worked with over the years— while introducing her to the ones who didn’t. Watching her confidence grow alongside her visibility has been one of the best parts of this year.

A good reminder that if you’re coming back to your work after time away, you don’t have to rebuild from zero. If this sounds familiar, let’s connect! We’d love to help reintroduce you to your audience. by @ignitestudio

I can’t believe it has been nearly a year since the start of Kindred by Design, a side project/labor of love @mikamooneylaw and I started because neither of us wanted to go to another networking event with name tags and awkward small talk.

The biggest thing I’ve learned from hosting these has nothing to do with strategy; it’s mainly paying attention. Notice the person who’s alone, introduce the two who obviously should meet, and stop spiraling when something small goes wrong.

Beyond events, these lessons apply pretty much everywhere. Welcoming a new client, onboarding a team member, or even just inviting someone to coffee. Same question every time
how do I make this person feel like they were supposed to be here?

I’ll be back very soon with our fall schedule of events, and some other very exciting things in the works. Stay tuned! by @ignitestudio

Sarah came to us thinking she needed more content, when what she really needed was a partner to help her hear herself think.

She’s an executive coach with a decade of experience, so she wasn’t short on ideas. She just didn’t have time to get any of them out of her head. Which is the case for most of the founders we work with!

So we became the thinking partner — we got on calls, asked a lot of questions, wrote things up in her voice, and sent them back for her to react to.

Her LinkedIn now captures what couldn’t be seen before: a decade of hard-earned experience, thoughtful perspectives, and stories that resonate with the leaders she serves.

If you’ve got the expertise but need help showing up online, let’s work together. by @ignitestudio

A recent project close to home: refreshing the website for Ablamsky & Company CPAs, a local firm run by @jablams1 and @michelih, who also happen to be our accountants (highly recommended if you need someone!).

Ablamsky CPA’s is a legacy accounting firm founded by John’s dad. Instead of rebuilding their website from scratch, we focused on the updates that would make the biggest impact: a refreshed design, clearer positioning around their hedge fund and private equity expertise, and a new client portal that’s already transformed how they communicate with clients.

A lot of business owners assume that if a website feels off, the only solution is a complete rebuild. But often, a thoughtful refresh is all it takes to modernize the brand, improve the client experience, and better showcase the expertise that’s already there.

If you’ve been thinking, “We need to redo the whole thing,” maybe you don’t! If you’re not sure what your website actually needs, let’s talk it through. You can book a free discovery call through the link in bio. by @ignitestudio

Mia’s Corner. 💜đŸŒč📚

This was the most meaningful project we worked on this year, and one we’ll carry with us forever.

Over the past year, we were lucky to get to know Mia through the people who loved her most. We learned about her love of books and sunglasses, and the joy she brought to everyone around her.

Launching this website was truly a community effort. So many bright lights came together to help us create something worthy of Mia’s life and the legacy her family is building in her honor.

First and foremost, the biggest thank you to @lizstrouzas, the greatest graphic designer and human anyone could hope to work with.

@jamieniss, thank you for connecting me to Jess and Jon. And to @caseykrantz, @daryarachel, @linnypeck, and @mysleepfriend, thank you for sharing your stories about Mia so generously. Your memories helped us build a website that truly reflects who she was. None of this would have been possible without all of you.

To learn more about the foundation the Smolin family has created to honor Mia and bring her love of books to children’s spaces around the country, visit miascorner.org. 💜 by @ignitestudio

We say “we” a lot around here, so today
meet the “we.”

One thing people often notice about @ignitestudio is that we’re an all-women team. That was intentional.

From the beginning, I wanted to build a company where talented women—most of them moms—could do meaningful, creative work while also having the flexibility to build a life they love. I know firsthand that incredible work doesn’t require sacrificing everything else.

Every woman on this team brings something different to the table: strategy, design, project management, social media, SEO, branding, newsletters
but more than anything, they bring kindness, creativity, intelligence, and an unwavering commitment to our clients.

Watching this team grow has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I love the energy everyone brings, I love the impromptu Slack huddles and birthday celebrations. I love the care they put into everything they touch.

So today, I wanted to introduce the women behind the “we.” đŸ©·

We’re so grateful you’re here, and we’re incredibly thankful to every client who trusts this team with your business. If you’ve emailed with one of us but never put a face to the name, say hello in the comments! by @ignitestudio

Two years in with @northshoresmilespd, and it has been one of our favorite ongoing partnerships.

When Dr. Tiana first came to us, one of the things we talked about early on was how different pediatric dentistry is from most local businesses. Parents aren’t just choosing a service; they’re deciding whether to trust someone with their child.

That idea has shaped how we’ve thought about her marketing ever since — it’s why Instagram was never the whole strategy, why we invest in community presence just as much as digital, and why every piece of content we make is designed to answer that one question before the first appointment.

Still to this day, that’s still what everything comes back to. The whole idea is that by the time a parent calls, Dr. Tiana already feels like someone they know.

There’s a myth that summer is a slow season for business, but in our experience, it’s usually the opposite.

The pace shifts just enough that founders finally have a little bandwidth for the projects they’ve been putting off all year, whether that’s the website update, the LinkedIn strategy, the newsletter, or the SEO investment.

If any of these projects have been sitting on your list, this is the perfect moment to start the conversation.
