Clarity breeds confidence.

The meaning of clarity is to make something clearer or easier to understand and to be free of confusion.

You can't have confidence in your business if you don't have full clarity.

Do you clearly understand what your clients value in your services?

Do you have clarity regarding your company vision?

Are you certain of the values that you make decisions from?

Does your team understand and focus on the work that matters daily and weekly?

Do you know your unique creative capabilities and what can derail you from applying them daily?

Clarifying is the first step in creative process. It's not the sexy piece, but it matters! Without clarity, there isn't any creativity.

🔸 I love to begin my coaching calls by asking my clients what the weather is like in their business. Sunny blue skies, sunny with cloudy periods, grey skies or stormy? It really gets them thinking about how they feel about how it is going. How is the weather in your business?

✏️Here's an exercise for you to try out:

Write down everything that is a barrier to sunny blue skies.
Separate the issues that you know you can solve from the ones you are really challenged by.

Take one of the issues from the challenge list. Now write it out like a question: 'How might I...' For example, if hiring a good office manager is the issue, it could read, 'How might I hire a fantastic and reliable office manager?'
When you do that, you have 'reframed' the problem into an opportunity. It automatically starts to open up a part of your brain that sparks ideas about how to do this. You can have someone else help you brainstorm to answer this question now that you've defined it. This is the kind of work we are going to be doing during my complimentary coaching session on April 20th @ 11 am EST - Coaching for Results. Click here to register.

I imagine you know what I mean by that. It's those times when you start your day and you feel strong, resilient and ready to take the world on!
