Performance | Bunter Erbsentraum in der Klangschote (UA) Fri 9.10.2026, 09:30 - 10:30 rotkäppchen - Alisa Kobzar & Lisa Mc Guire 📍IEM Cube 🎟️ Registration required Virtual sound objects invite collective courage-building. A dance theatre that wings the spirit and sets things in motion. A child. A new school. New friendships? When words are lacking for the unknown, the magic of movement begins. Behind mysterious sound pods, different creatures are hiding: large, soft, or fast-talking ones. A hungry hedgehog and its nimble friends want to be brought to life through dance, and help the child find new courage. Join us through a virtual world — Bunter Erbsentraum in der Klangschote makes the invisible audible. After the performance, the stage is yours. Dive into this interactive sound installation, touch virtual sound objects, and challenge the hedgehog to dance. ‼️Recommended for children aged 6 and over. : Composition, sound design: Alisa Kobzar @alisa_kobzar_composer : Dance: Lisa Mc Guire @lisamariamcguire : Author: Cordula Simon @cordulasimon : Speaker / Actress: Ninja Reichert 📑In cooperation with the International Society for Contemporary Music (IGNM) @ignm_austria , IEM, and ORF musikprotokoll. With the kind support of BMWKMS, City of Vienna Culture, SKE, GFÖM/AKM, and LSG. 🔭rotkäppchen Since 2019, Alisa Kobzar and Lisa McGuire have been developing interactive multimedia compositions under the name ‘rotkäppchen’ Their work focuses on non-verbal forms of communication and a rule-based system that defines connections between body, sound and image, enabling flexible control processes within the performance. Alisa Kobzar creates interactive sound and visual environments to which Lisa McGuire responds improvisationally, thereby shifting traditional roles between composition and interpretation. The interaction is organised bidirectionally: through co-following, the dancer influences sound and visuals through movement and perception of the projections, to which the music and visuals in turn respond. The duo works with a model of human-to-human interaction, supplemented by computer-based processes, without human-computer interaction by @ignm_austria
