My 7th visit to Ireland ever and my 4th one this year, lucky to work closely with an Irish team so I have a reason to keep coming back.

There are many words that come to mind when I think of Ireland – mystical, fairy-like, quaint, but most of all, it is home, with some of the friendliest folk I have ever met. My ancestry DNA test might not depict me as Irish, but it certainly feels like it, and my name is not that far off, right?

And when a stomach bug hits you in the middle of the Irish countryside and a full rainbow appears in front of your eyes, you just know that Ireland is taking care of you, in the way she knows best 💚 taken in Éire by @igoana88

I wrote a piece on Romanian street snacks, nostalgia and foreign snack 'lookalikes' that help relieve my cravings while living in the UK. It talks about the multiple influences of Romanian cuisine and the street eating culture that I miss so much.

I still can't believe that the wonderful @potluckzine decided to publish it, next to the work of 39 incredible contributors!
