my very first best friend in the world is turning 25 today, and i can still remember her first birthday. to be able to watch her grow into the driven, talented, funny, adventurous human she is today has been more than a privilege and you couldn’t ask for a better sister or aunt.
not many people are able to decide what they want out of life in a general sense at all the way Lily was able to hone in on exactly the life she wanted to live from a super young age, and she’s damn well livin’ it.

to the most amazing partner, mom, friend, daughter, and overall best human i have ever encountered,
