Thank you for 6 awesome years. December 13th we will be performing our final show together at Zhora Darling. To all of you who shared a room with us, shared our music with others and wore our brand sincerely thank you. It was (and still is) such an honor. To all the artists/bands we shared stages with, thank you for having fun with us. As to what’s next… we’ll be sure to keep you posted. Thank you. by @ihatelighterco

Just in: 1967 Guild Starfire XII - The Guild Starfire XII has been a studio favorite since the late ’60s, prized for its lush 12-string chime paired with the warmth of a semi-hollow body. Unlike its Rickenbacker cousins with their bright, compressed jangle and slightly stiffer feel, the Starfire XII offered a softer, rounder sound— thanks to Guild’s own humbuckers, which gave clarity without sacrificing body, offering a shimmer that sits beautifully in a mix. We paired it with the lush analog repeats of the (discontinued) Malekko Ekko 616 Analog Delay. 50+ years later, the Starfire XII remains an inspiring tool for recording or simply getting lost in the sound! Special thanks to Nolan @ihatelighterco for obliging us with a demo! #thebyrds #johnlennon #georgeharrison #thehollies #12stringguitar #jingle #jangle #vintageguitar #eldiabloamps taken in El Diablo Amps & Guitars by @ihatelighterco

Farewell, Good Friend. Drew Stamps, drummer and founding member, made the decision two months ago that he would be departing from the band to pursue other ambitions. We performed our last show together to a wonderful crowd in Chicago. He was the very first person I met upon moving to Minneapolis to attend college and the first guy to agree to start a band with me. On behalf of the band, as a colleague and friend, thank you for being along for the ride and having an impact on the music. - Nolan by @ihatelighterco
