✨ Healing Hugs Activation at @createinfiniteelements Create Infinite Elements Festival ✨

Did you know that just 20 seconds of hugging can boost oxytocin, lower cortisol, strengthen your immune system, and even enhance memory and learning?

Now imagine what happens when that hug becomes a ritual — infused with intention, love, and spiritual energy. 💫

At the @ihug.love Healing Hugs Activation, we’re not just embracing bodies — we’re cleansing energy, rewiring nervous systems, and opening hearts. Join us in this sacred space where strangers become soul family, and each hug becomes a prayer of connection. 🤝💖

Experience the power of touch as medicine, the magic of spiritual community, and the science-backed benefits of ritual healing — all in one transformational embrace.

🌀 Come receive. Come give. Come remember you’re never alone.

We are catalyzing a movement to create a new love economy, where we all get rewarded for the love we give and receive. We can use a new currency to facilitate exchange of our divine gifts and services for each other. A hug is all about giving and receiving at the same time consciously and reuniting with our source energy through the union of two (or more) humans. Please join us soon become a hug, love ambassador and help us grow the community and launch the Love economy in 2025! #hugs #ihug #healinghugs #healinghug #love #hugsmakeeverythingbetter #humanlove #healinghearts #miami #burningmanforever #regenworld25 by @ihug.love

Even kittens need hugs too! 🐾 Double the fluff, double the love! 🥰

These two little fur-balls remind us that hugs come in all sizes and species. Whether you’re surrounded by humans or just your furry companions, connection is always possible.

Did you know? Research shows that receiving a hug can lower stress-hormone levels, reduce blood pressure and even boost your immune system.

Many sources quote the playful idea that we “need 4 hugs a day for survival, 8 for maintenance and 12 for growth.”

So if there’s no human near you today — hug a pillow, wrap your arms around your kitty (if they’re into that!), or give your pup a soft embrace. The love, the connection, the healing is still real. 💛

🌿✨ Chaya Love at First Bite ✨🌿
I whipped up a creamy, vibrant Chaya dip straight from the garden — and asked our sister Christa to be the first to taste it… her smile said it all

🌱💚Chaya, also known as Tree Spinach, is a subtropical superfood rich in protein, calcium, iron, and powerful antioxidants — perfect for boosting vitality and immunity. Unlike traditional greens, Chaya thrives in hot, humid climates and keeps giving abundantly with minimal care.

🌞 If you’re living in a subtropical zone, this is a must-grow plant ally for your regenerative garden.

🌿💚Want to learn how to grow and prepare edible medicine straight from the land? Come join us at Earth Tantra, where nourishment is sacred and every bite is a blessing from the Earth herself.
