ARTIST SPOTLIGHT:

Kule is a Dublin based DJ and producer whose sound moves between house, techno, electro and breaks. Rooted in rave culture, his sets are driven by euphoric energy and draw from a wide spectrum of club music, balancing melodic moments with heavier, bass focused selections.

Influenced by artists such as Mall Grab and Skin On Skin, Kule’s connection to electronic music was shaped through time spent in Limerick’s strong underground scene, as well as experiences in clubs and festivals across Europe. Outside of electronic music, the production work of Pierre Bourne has also influenced his approach in the studio.

Producing for over six years and DJing for three, Kule has released projects this year on No Content and Shelter Records, earning support from artists including Skin On Skin, Effy and Tiësto. A recent highlight saw him perform on the Anachronica Stage at Electric Picnic.

Currently focused on experimenting with new sounds in the studio, this set features plenty of unreleased productions, including some of his more experimental material, alongside a selection of the heavier, bass driven music that has been inspiring him recently. With one major release still to come this year and further projects lined up for next year, Kule continues to push his sound in new directions. by @ii.galway

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT:

Howtin is a 22 year old DJ and producer from Newry whose sound moves between hard house, house and UK garage. Built around euphoric melodies and high energy club rhythms, his sets draw from a wide range of influences while maintaining a strong connection to the dancefloor.

Inspired by artists such as KETTAMA and Mall Grab, Howtin discovered electronic music through Belfast’s nightlife scene before beginning his own journey into DJing and production. In a short space of time, he has developed a style that blends house and garage influences with an instinct for crowd focused selections.

His catalogue already includes notable milestones, with Pulse, a collaboration with 49th & Main, released on Ninja Tune, while It’ll Pass has surpassed one million streams. With over 200,000 monthly listeners and performances across London, Dublin, Galway and Belfast, Howtin continues to build momentum. His next release, For The Love Of Haus, lands on 7 October.

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT:

Princess Glitoris is a Belfast based DJ whose sound moves through peak time techno, hardgroove, UK funky and bounce. Built around driving rhythms, energetic grooves and playful vocals, her sets combine the power of harder techno with a strong sense of movement and fun.

A long time participant in Ireland’s electronic music scene, she spent years attending events and working with Belfast rave promoters DSNT before stepping behind the decks herself. Influenced by artists such as Ben Sims, Dax J, DJ Rush and The Lady Machine, her approach draws from both groove led and harder edged techno, while inspirations from artists like Azealia Banks, Charli XCX and Grimes bring an additional sense of attitude and energy.

Over the past three years, Princess Glitoris has played at some of Ireland’s leading electronic music events, including Belsonic x Teletech, AVA Festival, Emerge, Steelworks Festival and If You Know You Know Festival. She has also performed at Belfast’s Telegraph Building, Dublin’s WigWam and Amsterdam’s Het Sieraad, with an Edinburgh debut on the horizon.

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT:

RISTO is a 22 year old DJ and producer from Mayo working across hardgroove, UK garage and hard house. His sets focus on high energy house, UK inspired breaks and raw club sounds, moving between groove driven tracks and faster paced, harder material.

His introduction to electronic music came after witnessing Mall Grab’s closing set at Emerge in 2023, which led him to start DJing and producing. His sound is influenced by Tommy Holohan, KETTAMA and Vivace, shaped by both Irish underground club culture and UK club music.

Releases include the Dear Mam EP and Lift Me Up on Permission to Dance, with support from artists such as Benwal, Yasmin Gardezi and Vivace. He has played in Galway, Mayo, Waterford and Sligo, and is currently focused on releasing on more labels and building more gigs. ARTIST SPOTLIGHT:

MAV666 is a Dublin based DJ and producer operating across techno, trance and Latin tek, with seven years behind the decks and five in the studio. Mav’s approach blends intensity with playfulness, building high energy sets that balance pressure and movement.

Mav describes her sound as “aliens chasing you with menacing beats, but still sexy, bouncy and trance driven.” That contrast defines her style, combining hard, driving rhythms with euphoric energy and fluid, genre crossing transitions. Influenced by artists such as Anetha, VTSS, Dax J and KI/KI, her sound pulls from across scenes while staying cohesive on the floor.

Her productions have landed on labels including Coalition, ADERB, HATE and Mahlwerk, with support from Clara Cuvé, Cera Khin and Samantha Togni, alongside a Boiler Room appearance in 2023. As part of Rathaus Dublin, she has played across Ireland and Europe, bringing her sound from local circuits to cities like Berlin, Ibiza and Manchester.

Lana Hayes is a 23 year old DJ from Galway, emerging as part of a new wave of selectors pushing the boundaries of club music through genre fluid, bass driven sets. With just over a year behind the decks, she is quickly developing a sound rooted in experimentation and instinct rather than convention.

Blending breaks, bass, techno and dub, her style centres around warped low end and off kilter rhythms, moving freely between sounds without restriction. Rather than locking into a single lane, Lana focuses on energy and tension, building sets that evolve naturally while testing what can be pushed in a club setting.

In a short space of time, she has already shared lineups with artists such as Effy, DART, Kyle Starkey, Miley Serious and 4AM Kru, signalling early recognition within the underground circuit. Her selections reflect a growing understanding of dancefloor dynamics, balancing unpredictability with control.

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT:

MËRO is a 21 year old DJ and producer from Mullingar, Ireland, whose sound sits between hard bounce, trance and Latin bounce. Mysterious, fresh and high energy, his sets combine driving club rhythms with euphoric trance elements, creating music built for fast moving dancefloors. With three years of DJing and six years of production behind him, he is part of a new wave of young artists shaping the harder edge of club music.

His connection to electronic music started on the dancefloor after discovering the rave scene. Early inspiration came from artists like Ben Nicky, whose wide range of styles opened the door to different sounds. More recently he has been drawn to the harder bounce sound around the 44 label, with producers like Somewhen, Ueberrest, Hannah Laing, Franck, Mika Heggemann and ALT8 influencing his current direction.

His productions have already appeared on labels including 44 Label, Polyamor, No Mercy, Elyxir, Rave Alert, Warner Records and Elektra, with more releases on the way.
