I loved you, before I knew you.
I lost you, before I met you.
But for a moment in time
you were mine and I'll never forget that 🕊️💖🫶🏻

It's been almost 2 months now. What was meant to be happy news suddenly took a sorrow turn at the end of our first trimester 🤰🏻🍼💔
and only now, finally things seem to settle in my body. Mentally, I'm getting there...
And that's why I'm posting this, possibly should've done it even sooner.

Miscarriage is heartbreakingly common - yet rarely spoken about with honesty or compassion!

Most women are sent home with silence instead of support. A miscarriage isn't "just early." It's the end of a pregnancy that carried dreams, names, and love already forming. The body feels it. The hormones shift overnight. The mind keeps asking why. And when care ends at the medical level, women are left to face grief, anxiety, and hormonal changes alone.

We need a world where miscarriage support is part of every pregnancy journey where loss is met with empathy, care and a listening ear. Where women know that miscarriage does not erase motherhood. Where it can be spoken about without feeling it's too sensitive or taboo to bring it up.

Because common doesn't mean easy. And silence shouldn't mean strength. 🤍❤️‍🩹

2025... what a year! 🙃 One that was far from easy, and I won't be pretending everything was fine.

From where it started to where I've ended, it made a complete turnaround. One with losses, huge challenges and big wins 🔥 along the way, many definitely unexpected.

I lost a piece of myself this year that I will never get back, yet gained more that will stay in return. The hardest moments allowed for more opportunities to grow 💪🏻 All the good n soul filling moments cherished even more deeply.🥰 From navigating it all solo, to coming back together as one force. 💞

And while we still recover from the weight of it all going into 2026, survival mode is one chapter we hope to finally close. Let this year bring more peace, time to breathe, more growth, more love, making memories, and the grace to simply enjoy being present and do life. Cheers! 🥂🎇❤️‍🔥🫶🏻
