We had 4 days to come up with the event + meal name.
24 hrs to design all the assets needed in order to present to G & Earle’s for approval.

@andy_prints + I stayed up til 6 am, straight cooking.

You know how good it feels to get your hand illustrated graphics approved in the first round? With no edits.
Lmao.

What we designed ended up being used across the entire event.

From T-Shirts to aprons for staff, window decals, grease paper. Everything all the way down to the free meal redemption tickets you’d receive after buying a shirt.

Huge thank you to G for trusting us on this one.
Another huge thank you to everyone at Earle’s.
They really make you feel like family as soon as you walk in their doors. If you haven’t yet - I highly suggest you go try them out.

Now, you know who to hit up when you have a similar idea you’re wanting to bring to life.

Here’s the process on the shops first order.

This was a rush job. 2 color graphics, 450 units. ALL produced in house @patriciaworks.inc

This was honestly as much fun as it was stressful. We definitely lost sleep on this BUT in the best way possible.
As hard as things might have felt for a bit, we got it figured out.

We were able to produce ALL items + meet the deadline without compromising on the quality standards I hold my business to.

Im extremely grateful for my team:

The shop got its first client!

Receiving that email was honestly a trip.
The way my brain works, I thought it could have possibly been a fake inquiry lmao.

Glad it all worked out though, I’m now building a new relationship that would have never blossomed if it wasn’t for me leaning into my discomfort.

Really grateful Rio decided to reach out. He’s a genuine lad, we share similar values and he’s definitely the type of person I’d love to continue to do business with.

Don’t be scared to put yourself out there, you never know who’s watching.

I really love how people will assume you’re not working just because you’ve stopped posting consistently. (SYBAU)

Made this page to be vulnerable and transparent through my process. To be quite honest, I’m in between being hyped to share what’s been going on and then just not even caring to keep you updated lol. Definitely been present in the moment though.
and i possibly might have even ran out of storage on my phone.

Posting has brought me some cool opportunities already, I’ll continue to do so. You’ll get what you get though.

I’ve always been the type to obsess over the details in anything I do.

All the little things that most people normally overlook, I tend get infatuated with.

In my opinion these things aren’t “little”
They’re pretty much what turn something average into what I consider unforgettable.

Every adjustment.
Every little tweak.
All the shit that most of you will never even notice in the shop.

IT ALL ADDS UP.
IT ALL MEANS SOMETHING TO ME.

The bigger picture becomes so much clearer when you’re willing to lock in on all the details most people are too impatient to care about. by @ijustopenedmyfirstshop
