TRUST THE PROCESS ✨

Embrace the process! C’est un continuum sans fin!!

Hell yeah🤘🏼🔥
New amazing trick togerther 🙌🏼

Top 👩🏼 : engage abdominals, keep the legs and ankles stable, place the feet on the shoulder blades with angled slightly outwards. Place yourself with control onto the other person.

Below 👩🏻 : mentis with cross legs, push your hands against the pole, lower your shoulders and squeeze your shoulder blades together. If possible, keep your upper back parallel to the floor. Enjoy the burning in the thighs 😇

🌊 NEW ACCOMMODATION OPTION FOR OUR 2027 MADEIRA POLE DANCE RETREAT! 🌴

We’ve added a second beautiful villa in Seixal, just 15 minutes from the main villa where the pole dance classes take place.

And don’t worry — we provide one transfer per day between the villas, so you can easily join the classes without having to walk if you don’t feel like it. 🚐 it takes only 3min drive.

✨ Why stay here?

🏖️ 3–5 min walk to Seixal Black Sand Beach — you can literally go to the beach every day.

🌊 5 min walk to the Seixal Natural Swimming Pools

🌅 Private rooms with ocean views & private bathrooms from €800

🛏️ Shared rooms from €550

🥐 Breakfast with an incredible ocean view

🍳 A fully equipped kitchen in the villa, so you can also prepare your own meals whenever you want.

🌺 THE RETREAT — €1,350

Your retreat ticket includes:

💃 6 pole dance classes with Dariane & Jessica @dada_polefitness @ika.away

🧘‍♀️ Up to 3 yoga classes

⛵ Boat trip with a hanging pole

📸 Pole dance photoshoot on Seixal Black Sand Beach

It’s the perfect option if you want to combine pole dance + Madeira nature + beach life + relaxation.
