On a faithful Saturday morning, we educated ourselves on what “Green” means for different organisations. For some, it means health & wellness. For others, it means social & environmental impact.

The Green Walk was focused on encouraging business owners to fulfill CSRs, SDGs & ESGs so that Green Sustainability is more practically exercised within their respective organisations. That way, their businesses identify more profitable opportunities & they are prepared for more international conversations.

So tell us in the comments…. What does green mean to you?

I’ll let you ponder on that as you Stay TIGHT, Live RIGHT & SMILE/SHINE BRIGHT!✨🌟✨

Had the absolute honour of being the end-to-end host of @atinuda_ The Green Walk in partnership with @pocarisweatng @ifitnessng @themobilespa.ng @nordmotion Oaken International & more! It was a fresh new take on how conferences & meetings should be done. You want your delegates engaged throughout, so they can fully immerse themselves in not just the experience but the message itself. Looking forward to more instalments.

Stay Tuned for more! And of course…. Stay TIGHT, Live RIGHT & SMILE/SHINE BRIGHT!✨🌟✨

This is why we do what we do. For the Future Generations! At Ike Fitness Foundation, we created an initiative to coach / train kids & help them understand fitness with a more fun perspective.

This initiative is called “Kiddies Fit Ministry” & I’m glad we got to use the skills in tandem with @hybridsportsclubng for the awesome kids that showed up for Hybrid’s 1st Anniversary! 🥳

Parents! Start your kids young! They’ll thank you for it!💯

Stay TIGHT, Live RIGHT & SMILE / SHINE BRIGHT!🎉

Around this time, last week, I witnessed greatness….. & I was a part of it. Cheers to the relationships that brought us there & those that were made on that day.
