When magic appears, you just know✨

Last Thursday we had our IKIGAI workshop with @oubytori and that’s exactly what happened.

You arrive alone. You sit with people you don’t know. But somewhere in the middle of the session... something shifts.

You feel comfortable to open up. You see things more clearly. You feel inspired. You know what you want and you realize you’re sitting with people who completly understand you.

Thank you to everyone who was there for sharing and for making this retreat something truly special 🤍 by @ikigaibased

Sometimes the simplest conversations hold the deepest meaning. This Ikigai interview in Okinawa was one of those moments I’ll never forget. by @ikigaibased

Setting goals session! 🎯

What a morning! We worked on our goals, first understanding the concept and then going through some exercises to make everything feel simpler and clearer 😊

A new goal can often feel big at first. It’s something new, a little adventure, and sometimes a big step outside our daily routine, so it’s completely normal for it not to feel easy in the beginning.

Everyone came to the session with a different goal, and that was one of the best parts because they could learn from and complement each other along the way. 🤍

Thank you all for your participation and for being so open! It was amazing 💞💞💞

We keep working! 💪🏼🎯 by @ikigaibased

Choose to become your best version and start achieving your goals✨ by @ikigaibased

I know that sometimes starting something that we want to achieve can be difficult, that’s why I have designed this event.

In this session we will go through your goals and commit to them. But apart from commitment… we need a plan, we need to know how to start👀

You will be guided with different exercises through all the process, to finish the session with a clear plan to get your goals before December🙌🏼

As always, we will work all together, in a inspiring and creative way✨

In a very cool caffe with a matcha/ coffee + a backed good included😋

You can come alone or with a friend, you will feel at home anyways!

🎟️ Tickets only on the BIO!

Looking forward seeing you there and work towards our goals💖 by @ikigaibased

Still breathing a little softer after yesterday :)

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Breath IN Retreat : for showing up with openness, curiosity, and such beautiful energy.

From the breathwork session @erik_frr to the Ikigai reflections @ikigaibased and the slow brunch conversations, this morning felt like a true pause from everyday life. A reminder to reconnect with ourselves, with others, and with what truly matters.

So grateful for this growing community and the moments we’re creating together 🤍

More to come soon ✨

We moved, laughed and went deep. Pure connection, zero performance. Just real women showing up for themselves and each other 🤍

One thing kept coming up all morning: keep going. Keep doing the things that feel real. That’s the mission 🌿

Made even more special by our incredible Swiss collaborators: healthy, authentic, intentional. Exactly our kind of energy 🙌

Yesterday was one of those mornings you just don’t want to end. 🤍

It all started with the Flow Barn session — so much fun, so much energy, that it broke every wall and had everyone laughing and moving together before they even knew each other’s names. There’s something about dancing and sweating together that just opens people up.

Then brunch — the perfect moment to actually sit down, breathe, and start getting to know the women next to you.

And then came IKIGAI. That one question that makes you stop, look inward, and suddenly you’re having the most honest conversation you’ve had in a while. Because when you know yourself better, what drives you, what lights you up, what you’re here for, connecting with others stops being surface level and becomes something real.

A fun morning turned into something that actually meant something.

Thank you to every single one of you who showed up. You made it everything🌸

Find your flow. Find your people. Find yourself.
