122 BACK CHURCH LANE
19,000 SQ FT

From first arrival to the fourth-floor terrace, 122 Back Church Lane has been reworked as a bright, flexible workplace with character throughout.

Existing elements were refurbished and woven into the new design, giving the space a more considered finish without losing what made the building distinctive.

A new reception and welcome lounge set the tone, leading into a mix of open work areas, focus rooms, meeting spaces and a boardroom. The terrace extends the workplace outdoors, with space to work, meet or take a break.

The result is a cohesive workplace that feels complete from day one, with the flexibility to adapt over time.

Our Summer Party in one minute.

An evening at Soho House 180 Strand, and the kind of long, warm summer night that London does best. Drinks in hand, good conversation running late into the evening, and a moment to look back on a busy year of projects and partnerships with the best people who've been part of it all.

We’re underway at 7 Clifford Street.

Set in the heart of Mayfair, the project brings a considered, contemporary workspace into one of London's most storied neighbourhoods. Careful detailing throughout honours the character of the building, while delivering on the demands of modern working.

Cheers for a brilliant summer party at @sohohouse, 180 Strand.

Great food, great company, and a proper reminder of the people behind the projects. A massive thank you to everyone who came down and celebrated with us — clients, partners, collaborators and the Ikon team.

122 Back Church is officially in motion.

A smarter approach to reuse has shaped this project from the outset. By carefully refurbishing and reintegrating existing elements, the scheme reduces waste while still delivering a premium and highly considered finish. Sustainability and quality go hand in hand.

SAGE PUBLISHING
25,000 SQ FT

Delivered as Sage’s new European HQ, this workplace brings together focus, collaboration and flexibility in one cohesive environment.

At its heart is a town hall space for companywide gatherings, informal interaction and everyday connection, while a mix of open work areas, quieter rooms and booths supports everything from focused editorial tasks to calls, content production and larger internal events.

With existing furniture reused wherever possible, the project also took a practical approach to sustainability — creating a workspace that reflects how Sage works today and can evolve with it over time.

Design was central to this private office transformation. Statement features elevate the space, with a bespoke bar area serving as a central hub and inviting lounge-style communal areas that create a relaxed yet refined atmosphere.

From the hand-selected furnishings and custom woodwork to the use of rich, tactile materials and earthy tones, every detail has been carefully considered.
