Today marks one year on my loc journey. I’ve been wanting locs since I was around 9 or 10 years old, but I never got them. My mom always said when you get older. You’re gonna want to try other styles. She did not lie. Now that I am older. I have loc’d my hair and I love every minute of it. Sometimes I may want to go back but that’s for like a lil bit , then I go back to my senses. Thank you guys for joining me on this journey. We have a long way to go.
Even though my mom’s locs inspired me, others have inspired me as well. For example my fifth grade teacher along with @loveegaloreeeee @fortheluvoflocss @itsqueentulaa @delrasimone @its.lanelle an 2 of my personal friends @_vicara and
Make sure to follow @styledbyvicara for retwist, braids, etc

STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE🧚🏾
Guys, we made it to the end of 2024. First, I want to thank God He is my rock. He’s my provider. He’s my comforter. He’s my father. He is him. Secondly I want to thank all my followers for being so supportive on this journey with me. I started this page February 14 of this year and today is December 31, 2024, a you can see a difference. There were many times where I wanted to delete the whole page and just forget about it, but I just keep pushing because of the people I have around me .I may not be where I want to be, but God has a plan for me. In 2025 I will do things bigger and better in Yawhews name. We have less than 12 hours left in the year. Let’s give him all the praise and glory. 2025 We are ready.
