My client did not want to cut much length off at first, but after sitting down for a thorough consultation, she bravely decided to go for a 3-inch chop. 💇🏽‍♀️✨

Her hair had suffered severe mineral damage from hot springs, and unfortunately, there was no coming back from it. She was so resistant to losing her length—but that dead hair simply had to go. 🌊❌

Life throws unexpected curveballs, and just like this sudden damage to her beautiful hair, she had to make a choice she didn’t want to make. But it was exactly what she needed to do to move forward in the healthiest way possible. 🌿🤍

I approached this cut with the utmost love and care, opting for a shorter face frame to gently release the heavy, damaged sections that were only weighing her down. ✂️💆🏽‍♀️

I’ve never considered myself an artist.🎨

For me, creating hair for my private clientele is less about making art and more about revealing something already present in the person sitting in my chair.

After 30 years in the game, I’ve learned to listen closely, to the density and texture of the hair, to a client’s lifestyle, personality, and the way they want to feel in the world. From there, something quietly magical begins to unfold.

Every head of hair is a new canvas.
Every transformation carries its own energy.
No two creations are ever the same.

I’m endlessly captivated by the beauty of people, their individuality, their stories, and the connection that happens in those small, intimate moments.

Hairdressing is creativity. It’s trust. It’s transformation.
And I feel deeply grateful to be part of this beautiful work.
