Maybe I am washed…but you know what, there’s no better way to say goodbye to the most fun and rewarding 4 years than a porch gathering with all of your friends, so grateful 🎈

Especially when you get to cook with 100% EVOO straight from Kalamata @iliada_us 🇬🇷

The menu was Mediterranean “mezedes” so everyone can nibble, enjoy the food while also being able to talk and not committing to a full sit down bite 🥙

To wash it all down: Hugo Spritz’s, white wine and of course only the finest…Michelob ultra’s 🍻

Plenty of these recipes are already posted but will be more separately, please let me know if you want anything else📝!

Menu:
🍆 Baba ganoush | pomegranate molases | sesame seeds
🍟 Greek fries | oregano | feta
🍦 Tzatziki | pita chips
🫓 Spanakopita | 🍁 Dolmadakia | @traderjoe’s
🥕 Carrot & cucs for dipping

🧆 Chicken Zucchini meatballs with avotziki
🌮 Gyro tacos | lettuce salad | tomato

Will miss this more than I want to admit…🐑
