Star cookies made with love and appreciation to everyone at my daughter's school! I baked, decorated and prepared 100 individual boxes of two cookies each delivered this morning for Teacher Appreciation Week! ⭐

This is my favorite sugar cookie cut out cookies with a simple glaze icing.This might be my largest project to date! 🎉 I love to bake! #hobbybaker Continued thanks to @bakingwithjoshandange for sharing their sugar cookie recipe years ago on YouTube.

Another fun round of cookie baking earlier this week! This round of bee inspired cookies were to celebrate a coworker and his wife for their Pooh Bear themed Baby Shower. I tried a new decorating method using a stencil for the honey comb. I have ideas for future stencil methods and possibilities. The tiny bees that I placed on the onesies cookies, are Bee Shaped Edible Hard Sugar Decorations that I ordered online.

Sadly I forgot to photograph some Oregon love cookies that we also made with the same batch of dough to show appreciation at my daughter's school. (But I'll bake them again sometime in the future). by @ilikechai

These Pickleball cutout vanilla sugar cookies were fun to bake, decorate and serve!

With this project, I tried some new decorating methods but didn't have much time last night to let the different layers dry before adding the next layer. by @ilikechai

September post! Quick photos of cookies I made for a coworker's baby shower for him and his wife. First time in a long time trying some piping. I definitely didn't have patience but they still tasted yummy!!! I also had fun making the mini tiny stars incase people just wanted to enjoy a little sample. :-) by @ilikechai

Late post: Earlier this year, I made lots of cookies for a few different celebrations. 🎉🐰⭐👱‍♀️🚚 First time trying to use edible glitter dust and likely never again (or at least never again until I learn how to apply a smaller amount at a time). I learned a little goes a long way. I still had yummy cookies to gift and it was fun to splurge using @kerrygoldusa butter, @bobsredmill pastry flour, @decadentcreationspdx vanilla, @wholesomesweet cane sugar. I don't bake too often so it's fun to use quality ingredients when I do. Continuing to love the sugar cookie recipe from @bakingwithjoshandange ! ❤️❤️❤️ by @ilikechai

Sugar Cookies for Halloween Party @ work! Tested out a new glaze frosting method. Baked too many cookies but had fun with my hobby!

Mini egg shaped fruit pizzas! Fruit pizza recipe from @pinchofyum ! I remembered this recipe from quite a few years ago. Love using @bobsredmill pastry flour and this time I tried @organicvalley cream cheese and butter. Loving quality ingredients! by @ilikechai

Sunday afternoon creativity time! First time baking in a long while! Oatmeal Chocolate Chip "ice cream" sandwiches with plain Oatly non-dairy frozen dessert! (Oatmeal Chocolate Chip recipe from a cookbook I keep around just for the cookies). :-) First time for homemade ice cream sandwiches. @oatly

Saved time by using a @pamperedchef scoop, then refrigerated balled dough in a small Pyrex.👍 by @ilikechai
