Little me was living her absolute best life and this concert definitely healed me 🥹

Losing your best friend is a pain I would never wish on anyone.
Brianna was the human I adored most in this world. We were each other’s sanity in this insane world.
We spent almost 8 years as best friends… countless nights holding each other crying, even more days and nights laughing. Brianna could light up any room she walked into. She had a contagious laugh, a witty sense of humor, and a personality that any could love. I want her memory to be shared and her to be remembered for all the beauty she brought to life.

My cousins @lolajdominguez and @azuleyed_papi and I had a blast at the Gothic market this weekend!

May is Mental Health Awareness and BPD Awareness Month. I've been through tough times, but I'm living proof it gets better!
Healing takes time and effort, but it's worth it. 💜 EMDR and prayer have changed my life, and I've found peace and happiness.

First, I want to thank @littleradicaltheatrics for giving me the opportunity to be Michelle/Nun/Deloris Understudy. I am eternally grateful for the opportunity.

A little background: I hadn’t done a musical in over eight years before this, and I’ve only been taking vocal lessons for five months. Going through this journey has been eye-opening and has required a grace I never thought I would need to give myself. I am so grateful to have met such beautiful humans who helped me through the entire process.
I have a newfound respect for the beast that is a musical and an inconceivable amount of respect for understudies everywhere. The amount of work that goes on behind the scenes as an understudy is immense and such a blessing in and of itself. We may not get to perform, but we stay performance-ready, and the work we put in does not go unnoticed.

Sister Act will always have a special place in my heart through all of the ups and downs.

From our first rehearsal, from me swinging around with Hannah, to me dragging myself to rehearsal after anaphylaxis, and finally to our final night on stage, and all the memories in between.

I learned I can handle all challenges thrown my way. When I get knocked down 99 times I get up and show out 100 times. I am resilient. by @illorenati

Thank you for everyone for the kind birthday wishes❤️
got all of my family together for my birthday (not pictured because they don’t like paparazzi) and then for Part 2 of my B-Day we went to @gatorland_orlando to meet some Capybara’s!!!! I even met a Yeti and Bigfoot who sung me Happy Birthday! I had a phenomenal birthday and I couldn’t have been more ecstatic.

On September 10th, 2023
I got to celebrate my one year anniversary of NO SELF HARMING!!! I have struggled with self- must!lat!on since I was around 11 y.o. It used to be so bad that I couldn’t leave the house without some sort of sharp object. I would cry relentlessly, praying that God would either take-away this addiction or just let me d!e altogether. I felt like the only thing that cared was an inanimate object that I used to hurt myself. One year ago, I put in work so that I could go to auditions and not worry that they would see my fresh slices on my arms.. I could only wear long sleeves because the wounds were too new for me to put make up on. The shame I felt when people would see that I was bleeding… it was a dirty little secret that everyone seemed to know about. This may not seem like a big deal but when you have been battling with a demon for HALF YOUR LIFE… perspective changes.
I just thank God, my family, and my best friend for always being there for me.
I still have a long way to go but I know that I am closer to hope.
