Took a trip back in time with some good friends last week. We didn’t get to spend as much time as we wanted to with each other but the time that we did have together, we made the best of💕 We were able to get out late one night and decided to visit an old friend, Stonegate Middle school & skate park. Luckily Aki had everything we needed to get some good shots in. Chris brought me a board to roll around on; after finding 2 boards with no trucks in the garage 🫠 We had no idea what we were doing 😂 but all that mattered was we had so much fun doing it. Remember the times when life was much slower? And the homie would hit you up out of nowhere? It didn’t matter what we were doing, as long as, we were doing it together.. Man i missed those days. I had the pleasure of meeting Zander of tackletour on my trip to California a few weeks back. It was an honor to be on his boat. We fished for about 8 hours and man we were definitely blessed that day. Zander put us on numerous (30+) 4-6 pounders. We starter the day with some reaction bites off the blade, switched up to some good old finesse rigs and when the lights went out… it was all topwater, baby. It was surreal how much fun we were having, blowup, after blowup, after blowup. It was definitely an honor to have met one of the purest guys in fishing. I would’ve never thought that one day i’d being fishing with the man that wrote the articles i would read late into the night. I got to hear the trials and tribulations of tackle tour’s beginnings and im so thankful to see that nothing stopped the love and passion Zander and Cal had for everything fishing. It was never about money, sponsors or clout but it is pure interest and desire for finding, testing and tinkering with everything fishing. Zander never once asked us for product. Never once asked us for anything in return. They purely found something they liked, purchased it and gave their honest review. Im thankful Tackletour is one of the purest platforms you can trust today 💕 Zander switched back and forth from the new Work Rat and Rad Rat while i stuck to the larger Diesel Lizard. They both got smashed that night.

If youre thinking of a fun way to fish in lowlight situations.. take a stab at our rats and lizzy ^_^ we crushed them on the walk as well as on the crawl. When you find the bite to be on!
