Our mission is simple ✨

...and we're already seeing the results of our dedicated passion to it.

Some businesses set up these "mission statements" and forget all about them. A PR stunt to make them look good in the moment.

This isn't who we are.

Our CEOs - Carol and Theresa - set up this business with a clear vision in mind.

It wasn't enough to just be a "Talent Agency", they wanted to do things differently. They wanted to bring in their skillsets and knowledge from their many walks of life and create something new.

We know that if you decide to trust us with your career in this industry that it's not going to feel like any other agency you've been with before.

People join us because they want to land roles but they stay because of how we nurture their development through our personalised touch and genuine care for them as individuals.

You're not just "another Talent" on our books, you're the seed of possibility and we're willing to do anything to support you on your journey.

If you're interested in joining our new agency, please send us a DM. by @illumecasting

Join us in officially welcoming Isabelle to Illume Casting!! 👋

Isabelle joins us as a recent acting graduate from college ready to throw herself into the industry and we're so excited to watch this absolute star rise in her new career! 🌟

Describing herself as a "bubbly Yorkshire lass who loves to make people smile", you can't help but fall in love with every performance she gives.

Here's a sneak peek of a photo from her photoshoot with our photographer - absolutely stunning! 😍 by @illumecasting

CELEBRATE AINOY WITH US! 🎉

We're thrilled to officially announce Ainoy's casting in a feature film!

We saw how hard Ainoy worked for this one and we can't wait to share more of his work in this exciting project 🥳

This is an extra special casting for us as other Talents in Illume took time out from their weekend to help Ainoy perfect his accent. Ainoy then took what he learnt and turned it into a masterpiece of a recall which landed him the role - talk about instant growth AND instant implementation!

We are so honored to have such lovely people on our books who are willing to go above and beyond to help eachother out and Talents who are happy to give things a go to learn and grow in this industry 🥰

Amazing job and a big thank you to everyone involved who made this happen ❤️ by @illumecasting

Hello 👋

Let's put some faces to the names you get Emails from

Carol is our lovely CEO and the main person who deals with all matters Artist & Client. If you land an audition, need help on a job or even just want someone to review your self-tape...Carol's the one you want in your corner with over 20+ years in the industry.

Mike is our Finance Director but he's so more than just your average accountant... he's a digital wizard when it comes to editing photos, self-tape visuals as well as producing superb sound quality too. All auditions go through him to ensure the best possible quality to present to our Clients.

Theresa is our other lovely CEO (...& happens to be Carol's & Mike's daughter!) She's the mastermind behind all things digital such as our Social Media & website as well as looking after legal matters. In the future, she will also be the Lead Coach for our Talents so we know that they're getting the best possible support in their careers in this highly competitive industry.

More details on our core team coming soon! 💕 by @illumecasting
